The office and Eric were very professional. After making the appointment I received the appointment details and a picture of the technician. Eric called and told me when he was on his way. He figured out the problem and did the work efficiently.

I can't speak to this company's work quality, but I can about their lack of responsiveness...A week went by and no response to either of my email inquiries or calls.I'm not one to beg a contractor to take my money, I'll call a competitor.

Turner fixed my stoppage and overflow problem, but this is the 4th or 5th time they have had to come out to fix overflow issues. The house has been entirely newly piped through the ceiling, by Turner Plumbing, and it cost me around $9,000. I am one person living in my home and for some reason, the pipes keep getting stopped up with only one person? It's a 3 bedroom home, can't imagine why it can't handle one person. I have to call every 6-8 months to have someone come out to rescue me from Noah's flood. Both bathrooms backed up, including the tub. However, Turner does get someone out here right away, the guys are always polite and seem knowledgeable, and of course, they fix the problem, temporarily. So, I have to pay $164.00 every 6-8 months, starting to wonder what the heck is going on. Do I keep calling Turner or do I call someone else next time? Hmmm. What would you do?

I have relied on Terry Vereen Plumbing for the past 6 years and I've always been quite pleased with them. I called on them again today and was equally if not even more pleased with their service. Always on time, efficient and professional. Their pricing is always very fair as well. A big thanks to Alan who helped me out today! His work was done meticulously and in no time at all. Dakota from Swift Brothers Plumbing was tasked with installing 4 new chair height toilets in our new home. He notified us before arrival, and actually arrived early to the appointment, much to our delight. Singlehandedly, he installed the 4 toilets on three floors of our home and removed the old ones. He was careful to protect the house and the new toilets during the entire process. Dakota was professional and precise in his performance. We were quite comfortable with him in our home. We had an issue with one of the lines on a toilet, due to the uneven flooring, not due to any of Dakota's work. He returned promptly and fixed the line. We could not be more pleased with Dakota or with Swift Brothers. I highly recommend Dakota and Swift Brothers without reservation.

I tried to remove a moen cartridge to repair a leaking tub faucet and couldn’t get it out even with the moen removal tool. I called David and he came right over in less then 15 minutes. It took him maybe 15 more minutes to get the old cartridge out and put the new one in and reassemble everything. He gave me a break on his hourly rate, when he could have charged me full price (which I would have gladly payed because I was about to break something). He was fast, friendly, courteous, and honest.

$390 to clear a stoppage. I think that is ridiculous. Never again. I couldn't get thru to the regular contractor I use so I called American plumbing. It's never cost me more than $125

Dude drove right in front of me as I was walking across the street. No regard for pedestrians, so I doubt they give a damn about serving the customer.

I was driving home one day and saw this van with a little guy on it for Bert Norman Plumbing. We were needing a plumber for over a month but never got around to it. When I saw the cute little guy it hit me to give them a call. I did and they were fast to set up an appointment. He came on time and was very quick to assess the problem, had the part on hand and wa la! Installed it and was done in a flash. He wore the little booties to cover his shoes when he came in. The price was well worth it. I will always use Bert Normans and recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much.
