My water heater needed to be replaced. Contacted Terry Vereen plumbing and had my new water heater installed that same day. The staff was very professional, and the work was done in a very timely manner. A special shout out to Erica for being so patient in helping with my warranty company. Toilet repair. It was missing a bolt and the toilet was not centered. Brian removed it and checked everything out and added new bolts. Perfect!

I had an issue with my sink disposal and bathroom drainage and A1 was able to resolve both my issues within one day! Very efficient and reasonable rates. I was having a drainage issue with my kitchen sink. McKendree's was the only company that said they could have someone out here within 15 minutes. Other companies I spoke with said I'd have to wait over the weekend into next week. The two guys that came out were here at the quoted time and solved the drainage problem within 40 minutes. Not only did they fix the problem, I was told what happened and how to prevent the same problem from happening again. The guy also showed me before he left that the sink was fully functional again and it worked even better than it did before the problem. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. Great work for a fabulous price. Thanks for fixing my sink!

They hire some very reckless drivers. 8/3/22 one of their trucks was nice enough to push over into my lane to make me hit the brakes so he could make his exit. Then constantly tail gated people as he continued to go down the interstate. As he proceeded to get off on another off ramp clearly, he clearly dosent know how to red light works.

March and Jake were awesome. Very professional and detailed. Everyone from the owner to the technicians were great. Highly recommend. We will definitely be calling them whenever we have a plumbing issue.

Of course, during the hottest weeks my company's office AC went down. Another company quoted me one price to replace while Campbells did it for THREE THOUSAND $$LESS!!! AND, they were responsive, professional and did great installation work. Thanks to Robert and the crew!

I waited 4 hrs for my appt and nobody showed or called, when I called them they said they were on service call they’d be a few more hours. They said they’d call me back with ETA but they never did. I called them again asking what’s going on and where is the tech. I said I’m waiting 6hrs now and I had an appt. The office girl Naida was rude and hung up on me twice. I would never recommend them.

Our garbage disposal broke and we had another company come out. They quoted us over $500 to fix the disposal but tried to upsell us, stating we need to replace our water softener and two water tanks, which we didn’t ask or thought needed replacing. Quoted for 6k when we just needed a new disposal.I had B&G come out and do a second opinion. They replaced our disposal, for $200 less than original quoted from a different company. They also reaffirmed that our tanks were completely fine and fixed our water softener.I was very pleased with them and felt they are an honest company doing right by customers. They have a loyal customer for life.

Matt and his attendant (sorry I don't recall his name) was very helpful. Matt explained the process and made sure that I understood my options. Once I made my decision, they got to work. Even though, they came to resolve one issue. They fixed the other issue that came up as well (a snake was evolved). I had a good experience even though I paid more than I intended to. ?

Juan and his helper did a great job. He had to evaluate the plumbing problem and there were issues with the electrical part of the septic tank that he had to take care of.

Tried calling and got a machine. Press 1 for plumber and press 2 for all other calls. I wanted a quote so pressed 2. Machine said were sorry, this line is only for plumbers and hung up on me. Annoying machine. Option 1 wanted my zip. No thanks.

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.
