Valentin repaired a leak in my basement (+ replaced my main shutoff and pressure reducing valve). He was on-time, polite, knowledgeable, and did a really solid job. Especially considering how hard it was to get to the leak. We've used Euro Plumbing a few times in the past, their pricing always seems fair, and they will always be our first call for plumbing issues.

I almost don't want to write this review because I feel dumb 😂 We bought a house this past winter and could not figure out how to get our sprinklers going for the first time. I was given Kris's info from our realtor and reached out. He said he doesn't do sprinklers, but was still willing to come out and take a look. He gave me all the steps I need to turn the system on next year, how to winterize, helped me figure out our zones and then when we found 2 sizeable leaks, gave me great referrals to an irrigation company, and tightened some things that needed a little love. He was so nice and easy to chat with. Thanks again, Kris! You saved the day. I would definitely call Kris again for any plumbing needs we have for our home.

Their manager is terrible and impatient with their customers! Jeff (manager) raised his voice after I was trying to explain what's going on. He was very impatient and not professional. Very disappointed!Updated after owner response!So I just found out that Jeff wasn't the manager but he is the owner. I see why he doesn't care how he talks to his customers because he has no one to answer to. By the way, I have no issue with Mike. He was great and polite.About the water heater, we hired a different plumber and they just had to replace the water heater sensor and good to go! Didn't have to replace the whole thing like you guys suggested!

Called in late, and a very kind worker agreed to come by after hours. Arrived within 30 minutes, and handled the issue within an hour (very impressive for a complex repair). Excellent service and labor. Fair prices. Clean, kind, and professional. Highly recommend!

The installer knocked down our shelve he put it back up but it's not in a stud. He didn't put the washer hose back in the drain and we went to wash towels from cleaning up the shelve mess and there was water everywhere due to not putting the hose back.
