A/C had stopped working. Jacob Morgan came out within 30 minutes of my call - that was superior service I think! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative! He showed me where the earwig crawled into the terminals and caused the unit not to turn on! I also had him do an a/c check on the system and he thoroughly explained the good and bad things about how our a/c unit is working! I now have the knowledge to make a decision of upgrading, or repairing. I will certainly use Bell and Jacob again!

Professional Plumbers Denver did an excellent job repairing a sewer line blocked by tree roots. The work was done promptly and efficiently. The hard-working crew cleaned up and left my yard looking as if no digging had been done.

Had a small leak under our sink that we noticed yesterday afternoon and we were able to call Kristi and get an appointment first thing this morning. Pete arrived on time and quickly found and repaired the valves that were causing the leak and water issue. I called him on a Tuesday for a tub leaking into my laundry room. He said to text him to confirm a time and he'll get back to me. Told me the next day at 8am that he could come by between 1-3pm. No call no show. I texted asking what time he thought he could come by. He apologized and said between 4-6. He then texted me at 5:50 saying he was 30 minutes from my house.

At 6:50 I finally told him I didn't want his services.

Much like that other 1 star review, feels like he decided my plumbing issue was too small to be worth his time.

I wish he would have just referred me to some one else. I took time off of work to be available and instead wasted 7+ hours of my day and evening.

Showed up late to provide an estimate, then said it would be $1300 to replace my shower valve... Never sent a quote. I think I got the We're not interested in this work treatment.

Came out to check on a clogged pipe and tried to charge us a ridiculous amount of money. Decided to call a different service to get there opinion and they came out and fixed our issue immediately for a small fraction of what anywhere roofer tried to charge. Idk if they were purposely trying to scam extra money out of us or if they were just incompetent.

Good quality work at fair price. Had gas leaks. He found and repaired them with in a few hours. Would recommend!

I searched and read reviews online and contacted Pipe it Up Plumbing. The representative I spoke with was extremely kind and set up an appointment with Luther.
Luther came out and was very thorough and made sure that the issue wasn't bigger than the water made it seem. He fixed the leak and helped me with a discount since I'm a caregiver.

We had a leak off and on for a few years from an upstairs bathroom into our living room. Other plumbers tried to figure it out, but in less than an hour Jordan had it figured out with a remedy and estimated cost. Jordan was prompt, courteous, patient and determined to help us figure out this leak once and for all. The leak was fixed and at a reasonable cost as well. All that’s left is the ceiling repair.
