Same day appointment, was able to come even earlier then the time frame window, friendly, wore shoe covers which is so great for snowy days, gave us options and then replaced our thermostat. He did a wonderful job with hiding as much of the previous unpainted areas as possible - it's these attention to details that we very much appreciate. Also very courteous about our curious kittens trying to get into the furnace room and used a little gate. Fixed the issue so we have heat again. Definitely recommend!

Rickey came to my house on time. He listened to what I had to saw and my concerns. Rickey took time to evaluate the situation. We had a discussion on the options. I agreed with Rickey's best solution for a long term fix to an incoming to the house water main issues. The fix was done efficiently. It was done under estimated time. The room was left in better/clean condition than when Rickey arrived. I have used Tipping Hat several times and highly recommend then in all plumbing cases.

Called Flow-Rite at 8am for a plumbing repair and the technician was at my house by 11am. He finished the job within an hour and it looks great. I will use Flow-Rite again.

Had a hole in a pipe and had to shut the water off to the house, they were super quick and got us up and running right away. Fast service, very polite and affordable. I hope I don’t need a plumber again but if I do I would use them.

We needed an assessment on our water pipes and Nasko new the issue immediately which was a simple fix. Not only did he solve the issue in 15 min but because it was an assessment he didn’t want to charge anything. He was professional diligent and explained the situation so it doesn’t occur in the future. When we need work done in the future he will be our first call!

Excellent company to do business with.

I called these guys for a bid because a neighbor recommended them. They were the 3rd company to come out. I have a simple two hour job. 1st bit was $400? 2nd bid was $250. I would have gone with #2 but I already had Drains R Us coming out so I took s day off and waited. They showed up and wanted $850!!! Got kinda rude and testy when I said no and claimed that the other guys were not plumbers. Said he gets $850 for a two hour job because he is a real plumber. Totally wasted a good work day. The company tat came out on a Saturday to put in a bit is coming this afternoon since it’s such a “quick and easy job”. And by the way, he is also a master plumber like your guy....
