We experienced a leak which was causing significant damage to our kitchen floor and garage celing and walls. I contacted other plumbing services I knew about and was given anywhere between a 2-4 week response time. I was able to find A Better Plumber and they came the next day. Beau, the plumber, was couteous, professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to resolve our issue. He explained what the problem was (which was different than my wife and I thought) and explained how he would repair the problem. Beau did an outstanding job, and both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the service we received. If we have another problem, A Better Plumber will be my first choice.

He worked quickly and was able to help us as my husband and I decided to add services. Leon was able to bring our water shutoff valve up (where it should have been), install a gas line to convert our oven to gas, and replace the previous “homeowner hack job” under our kitchen sink that was causing leaks.

We’ll continue to call on Leon for our plumbing needs as they arise and highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing help.

I had the best experience with Hudson! He was there to make everything right, and to answer all my questions. He stayed much later to clearly explain everything. There is a great quality about all the folks I dealt with for Rooter Town.

Their prices won't win any contests for savings but their work is top notch and warrantied. I've had them do about 4 projects, two improvements and two breakfixes and was really happy with the results.

I called at midnight because our water heater was pouring out water. Bo spent 45 minutes on the phone directing me through the process to safely shut off the unit until the morning when he called for us to find out if our water heater was under warranty. Luckily it was!! They were able to go to Boulder to pick up the last available unit and install it before 1 pm that day. They were highly professional and incredibly accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use there service again!

David was efficient and detailed in his work. He corrected plumbing issues that I did not even call him for without an extra charge. He installed my new dishwasher, fixed 3 shut off valves in the kitchen, installed a garbage disposal, and a kitchen faucet within 2.5 hours. He was very methodical about tackling each project in an order in which I was able to test my dishwasher for leaks before he left. Our water was only off for about 20 minutes. I would definitely hire him again.

UPDATE 7/5/22: two years in and no issues with the plumbing backing-up.

From a few previous back-ups, I knew that my sewer line had a dip whereby sewage would build up and could not pass by. After some guests staying in our basement reported that the the basement toilet is gurgling I'd had enough and wanted peace of mind that it wouldn't back up again more than money in my bank account.

I used HomeAdvisor to find a plumber to repair the line. All 3 responded quickly and all 3 came out, but only Keith from Rooterguy took the time to run his camera and figure out where the dip in the line was. Outside the house, he used an instrument to determine (roughly) where the dip was. All of this was free. The other two companies wanted to charge me $250 for the camera and didn't bother to use their instruments to determine where the sewer line is located. In addition to that, Keith's estimate for the work was less than the others, and he wanted to only dig what was necessary as opposed to automatically digging up the entire line from house to street.

His estimate included repairing sprinkler lines (standard) and replacing sod (unique to his bid). His estimate also included jetting a secondary line from the basement bathroom to the mainline.

Due to circumstances beyond Keith's control the digging crew was delayed by two days and due to some difficulty with the fall from the house to the street it took an extra two days to finish the job. But they finished and everything is working well.

Due to Keith's responsiveness (always quick to text me back with updates), thoroughness and overall reliability, I would recommend him and Rooterguy again.

Use them, you won't regret it! Pete and Nasko showed up right during the window they provided, worked with me to understand cost and replaced and fixed my issue within an hour. They also graciously answered separate questions I had in regards to a sink issue and were above and beyond in professionalism and being courteous. Highly, highly recommend! I will use them from now on for all my plumbing needs!
