I contacted Brothers on Monday (5/22) regarding issues we were experiencing with our air conditioning. They were able to schedule a technician for Today (5/24). At around 9:15 AM I received a call from the company that they were going to be unable to come and would need to reschedule because of staffing issues. This was extremely frustrating considering I had already taken off work for this, and after expressing my frustration, the customer service representative was able to pivot and find another technician. I was concerned that I would have to find another company because of the delay. Working in retail, I am very sympathetic to the challenges regarding hiring in our area.Shelby was extremely professional and was able to turn this entire experience around. I really appreciated her help and attention to detail when attempting to troubleshoot the issue. She and her partner were able to fix our air conditioning! Very thankful considering we have been without for over a week and temperatures are about to get worse, not to mention the headaches I have been experiencing due to the air quality from the wildfire and needing to keep windows open so that our house doesn't get too hot. I feel relieved, so thank you!

Very happy with Top Shelf. Was able to get someone out in 2 days. Johan Miranda arrived promptly, was friendly and professional. We had several small jobs that needed to be done: installing outlets, rewiring a long disused doorbell circuit, installing a security cam. He was able to get it all done quickly and efficiently, and was resourceful in dealing with a few impediments posed by our 130+ year old house. I think it was a good value, although in all honesty I don't know the going rates for this type of electrical work. Recommend them highly based on the electrical work they did for us.

Hard to find a business so ethical and compassionate as Bell Home Solutions. They have done several projects for me over the past three years and I continue to praise their business practice.In this last case, they worked diligently to handle my furnace replacement. Lance provided great guidance when selecting my new furnace – he was patient, listened to my needs and never tried to oversell me anything beyond my needs and desires.Fred and Josh installed the unit efficiently and worked diligently to ensure everything was managed. Please understand, this was a tricky and difficult install. They went above and beyond to get my unit installed. Think about stuffing an elephant into a tissue box!!Lance, Fred and Josh were faced with hurdles all worked hard to problem solve the issues to make sure I was served and happy. They never flaunted this, but I know they incurred additional cost on their end to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Bell is a humble and fine business. I am grateful for their care!OBTW, great COVID-19 protocols demonstrated throughout!

I'm getting an EV next month, and all I needed was to verify the EV charging circuit I installed when my house was built is working. Chris came out the same day I called, was very polite and knowledgeable. I'll definitely call them in the future.

Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!

Josh came out today and did a preventive cleanout of my sewer line to the street. He did a great job ran the line twice to make sure of no potential clogs. He was very professional and coutious. I give him and quality first 5 stars.

The tech did a very thorough job of cleaning the AC, including removing the vines.

I would totally recommend Aurora Plumbing Company! Steve was super professional. They came first thing in the morning after I waited all day the previous day to be stood up by another company, and waived the trip charge because of the other (awful) company! Hopefully I don’t need a plumber any time soon but I will call them for sure!

New owner of an older house and had some issues come up regarding a drain line backing up. I initially went through the trouble of trying to go through my home warranty company to get another company to come out. But after sitting on hold for hours, I went to Plumbline's website and booked a next-day appointment in the span of 5 minutes. The guys came out and were quick, polite, informative, and overall awesome! And the cherry on top was that the price for the service was maybe a couple dollars over what I would have paid for if I had gone with the terrible service I was assigned with from my home warranty company (which I had already bought a contract from?)! I signed up for the VIP service as I will be a repeat customer if more things arise.Cheers

We called and got an appointment from a friendly receptionist that worked with our schedule for a fast response. They called ahead and let us know when he was on his way.Chad showed up and did a fantastic job, he listened to our concerns, evaluated our problem, gave us a very fair estimate and went right to work. Very honest, fast and knowledgeable and no high pressure on extra things we didn't need.Highly recommend!!

ARS was very fast in responding and had a technician at our house within a few hours. Leroy was knowledgeable and explained all of our options. He completed the work the same day and explained all features and maintenance of our new water heater. We are very happy with ARS and will call them first for any future plumbing or heating issues!

Their pricing is very reasonable and their work ethics is something to commend them on! We were amazed at how professional they all are, that they made it look like a piece of cake! After a very stressful and disrespectful meeting with technician, found out the $500 service he diagnosed wasn’t the issue at all. Then had to pay the $200 service fee. Not professional, find another business with honest helpful technicians.
