I discovered my boiler had stopped working during the night. I called Bell in the morning and a technician arrived at my house within a few hours. After about 15 minutes Chris had diagnosed the problem and identified the solution. The work was completed within an hour and my heat was back up and running. Chris was extremely courteous, friendly, and patient. He answered all my questions and explained all the technical details at a level I could easily understand. Overall I was very impressed with his level of professionalism and competence and would certainly call Bell again when problems arise.

Took off of work to be home for the appointment for my ac estimate. They never showed up, never called NOTHING!! So I am very livid at this company. They don’t value their customers at all.

Could not be happier with the service from Quality First! They worked us in on the same day and our plumber Nate was super attentive to the problem, actually saving us a lot of money by noticing I had bought the wrong size adapter for the supply lines on our new faucet. We were also having issues reconnecting the drain after replacing sink/countertops, so Nate built a custom p-trap to fit the new dimensions. Would absolutely call these guys again (but I hope I don't have to)!

They installed a new AC unit and water heater. I must say the staff was great from beginning to end, they worked hard, quickly and were very professional the whole time. Ali is very honest and his prices are affordable. We had 2 other places look at our air conditioner & give us quotes. I don't know how I found him, but Ali came out, laughed at what the other guys said, & expertly fixed the problem for half the price. Seriously, he saved us thousands of dollars!!

He explained many safety concerns running such an older furnace as mine and helped schedule a time for a free estimate on a newer more efficient heater.
