They were able to give me a quote with just sending some photos and the price did not change. I could not more highly recommend them. During a remodel in 2020-21, Flowrite did the plumbing work for my project per my contractor. During my first night in my home June 2021, my shower backed up, and the toilet overflowed. After calling my contractor he contacted Flowrite. They refused to accept responsibility and come to my home, to try to fix the problem. My contractor had to contact a couple other companies to put a camera down the drain to find the obstruction. A piece of PVC pipe was retrieved. It had been left in the drain when everything was closed up. The plumber with the camera charged my project/contractor $750. Flowrite again refused to pay for this, even though it was their mess-up leaving a piece of pipe in my drain, for my contractor to pay this bill. I would never hire them for any plumbing needs.

They have done a few showers and vanities for us, great prices and great customer service, always on a timely basis, will keep working with them on our basement projects and bathroom remodels.

We had a water pipe burst in one of our bedrooms on the weekend. They responded in about 20 minutes and assessed a rather complicated situation and had it repaired within an hour and a half. Very satisfied!

I had bids from several others and they were the best price, provided the best information, amd the inspection was a breeze. Do not use Bell Plumbing. And parker heating and air are several thousands more for the same equipment.

Pleasantly surprised by fast and efficient service. I was anticipating servicing for my water heater but alas it was time to replace it. Plumber used our bathroom and sabotaged our toilet pump. Readjusted the pump height to above tube to create a dripping effect in toilet bowel. I had a different company look into issue and verified the tampering. The plumber came out of the bathroom with a wet left hand but never used the sink.

This is absolutely not a fake post and it is what happened to me. Just because I want to protect my identity does not invalidate my claim. Can you really account for jobs you didn’t work John? I’m sorry but one of your employees is shady.

James was prompt, courteous, and effective at his job. He fixed my leaking valve and even took some extra time to improve what a previous poor plumber had done. He also went out of his way to educate me on proper maintenance. Not sure how his prices compare to others, but I'd gladly pay for his service again.

I just had Jeff replace some pipes under my kitchen sink. The hose had been leaking for a while it seems unknown to me. It had gone on long enough to get a serious bit of rust. I was concerned it was going to rupture even if I just looked at it too long. He took care of it no problem, and I had him remove my old faucet and install a new one I had purchased. He did a fantastic job, was clean and tidied up everything when he was done. His price was more than fair. I highly recommend this gentleman. He is in my phone contacts now for any future issues and to pass along if I'm asked for a plumber.
