Brothers is a great company to work with, we have been club members for 7 years and the monthly membership more than pays for it self. Today Beau did our electrical service check and was very through and explained everything! Very impressed with his knowledge and you can really tell that he loves his job!

I called a few different plumbers but none of them could come because of it was too late or no one is available. When I call Mr. Bruce, he was very nice and said he is coming soon. He did come and fixed the drain. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and very professional. I recommend everyone who reads my comments here, if you need help with your plumbing, Call After Hours Mr. Bruce will take care of you.

Professional Plumbers have responded to 3-4 urgent plumbing leaks in about two week's time for properties I manage and they've been able to respond within hours where others were scheduling a few to several days out. Impressive!

Mr. Manny came to install a water system and did a professional work I definitely call him again.

I called him on a Tuesday for a tub leaking into my laundry room. He said to text him to confirm a time and he'll get back to me. Told me the next day at 8am that he could come by between 1-3pm. No call no show. I texted asking what time he thought he could come by. He apologized and said between 4-6. He then texted me at 5:50 saying he was 30 minutes from my house.

At 6:50 I finally told him I didn't want his services.

Much like that other 1 star review, feels like he decided my plumbing issue was too small to be worth his time.

I wish he would have just referred me to some one else. I took time off of work to be available and instead wasted 7+ hours of my day and evening.

I would highly recommend using Befort for any plumbing & heating services that your project may require. In a world where honesty and quality of service are very hard to find, these guys stand out on both levels. I would trust them with any future project needs that I may have.

Amazing and honest; handled/repaired several issues in our home and one he didn't even charge us for because he figured out a way to fix it without having to repair it. Hard to find this kind of honesty and kindness these days. We don't trust anyone else with our plumbing needs!
