Our water heater was leaking and needed immediate attention. We called King Rooter and they were able to come out the same day. The water heater was 10 years old and needed to be replaced. King Rooter & Plumbing installed a new Bradford White water heater, brought it up to code, and passed inspection. We are extremely pleased with their service and quality, and will refer them to our friends.

Brothers was great with getting someone out to help me quickly after noticing my water heater was leaking. Austin was professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job installing my new system.

This company was very responsive during a water emergency with my shower, and had somebody out within the hour, I wasn’t aware of the price until the technician showed up and I told him I couldn’t have him do the work for that amount because I didn’t have that much money, he worked with me on the price and got the work done in a very short amount of time. Even on a Saturday! Cannot thank this company enough.

Highly recommend Swift Plumbing. Tony was very responsive and I was grateful he first contacted me on a Sunday evening to schedule an appointment. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and does great quality work. He replied to all my texts quickly and helped me pick out a faucet. He even gave me tips on keeping my garbage disposal running properly. I will definitely be calling him again with all of my future plumbing needs.

Plumber used our bathroom and sabotaged our toilet pump. Readjusted the pump height to above tube to create a dripping effect in toilet bowel. I had a different company look into issue and verified the tampering. The plumber came out of the bathroom with a wet left hand but never used the sink.

This is absolutely not a fake post and it is what happened to me. Just because I want to protect my identity does not invalidate my claim. Can you really account for jobs you didn’t work John? I’m sorry but one of your employees is shady.

It's really disappointing when a business you really liked goes downhill because they can't handle the popularity. It took them a couple of days to return my call, and then even though the message on the recording said they were scheduling for next week, when they called me back they couldn't get me in for two weeks. But the biggest reason I'm disappointed is the woman doing the scheduling was super rude to me. She asked me what the problem was and then as I was describing the problem I had with my shower drain she cut me off to start asking me about my shower valve. There is nothing wrong with my shower valve and I had not mentioned it all, so not sure why she went there. When I tried to start redirecting the conversation back to the problems I was ACTUALLY having she got all rude with me and told me, well whatever, we can't get out there until the week after next. I'm sure Jimmy is still doing great work, but I'm done with these people after how rude their scheduler was to me. I have been a customer for years and sent them tons of work from friends and family. But obviously that means nothing to them as they have all the work they want now. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but that's no excuse to treat people that way....
