Highly recommend King Rooter & Plumbing! The tech, Cliff, that came out was very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. He did a great job and the pricing was very fair and great! Will use again if need be in the future.

DO NOT USE BROTHERS PLUMBING AND HEATING! We were part of a service that paid monthly to obtain lower costs for services etc. One of their Technicians came out to do an annual check up on our furnace. He swiftly told us our 4 -1/2 year old furnace was in bad shape and the quote to repair was $9,000. He said the motor and blowers were out and needed to be replaced and if we did not do so CO would blow through the furnace into our home. We had a 2nd opinion completed the next day and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with our furnace and he could tell the Brothers Technician did not even inspect the entire unit.

This team is top notch. Highly professional, very knowledgeable, incredibly efficient, and friendly to top it off. I highly recommend Tipping Hat and this crew for any plumbing needs around.

We chose a better Plumer to replace our hot water heater that let go New Year’s Eve. Kyle came to my home and was very professional and took the time to explain things to the uneducated customer. I made an emergency appointment for a leaking drain pipe. They told me they would be at my house between 2 and 5, I made the appointment at 10:30am. They called me around 5:30 and said that they left a voicemail at 2:20 telling me that they couldn't come, but they DIDN'T leave a voice mail, they never called me until after my window had closed, and they contacted me through NONE of the other means that they notified me of my appointment, text and e-mail. Had I known, I would have hired another plumber.

I used these folks before in January 2018 and had the lines in the front yard replaced, lined, and jetted. The price was good, but I went with their financing at a fixed rate, which was really helpful! I called them yesterday because the drain in the basement was backing up. Dave came out this morning and corrected the issue within 30 minutes. I really appreciate this company and their fair pricing. I was only charged $95 dollars. Thank you so much Rooter Town. We've used ARS a couple of times now to help fix our furnace and figure out issues with our plumbing.We've had some scheduling issues, but that's a forgettable issue. When the technicians arrive they are professional, courteous and hardworking. They want to fix the problems and are willing to work as hard as they can.Heavily recommend this company and their services.

I called at 4:45pm on a Monday, they had a service-man (Pete) out to my home at 10:00am the next morning. Super professional, did a great job explaining what was wrong, why, and how to keep it from happening again. Fixed my problem 100%. These are our go-to guys from now on for all plumbing needs. 5/5 service in all aspects.

Hard to pick a place to start, but this company employs aggressive and abusive plumbers who treat women poorly. Kieth gave an estimate to replumb the home I was buying in December 2020. Obviously, this quote was part of the home purchase negotiations. I called him before closing on the home to ensure we were on the same page with what needed to be done and to ask how long the quote was good for. He told me one year. When I had them out April 2021 to complete the work, he argued about the scope (loudly yelling at me in my own home and saying I misunderstood and that he never spoke with me). I ended up asking him to leave my property and requested a call from the manager. The manager was kind and apologetic, and completed everything himself. As of today, I have had to replace multiple parts of this job with another plumber, including the exterior hose bibs that were installed backwards, and held water into the winter, eventually exploding. Today, the water heater they installed started falling apart. So, overall, a pretty awful company. I highly advise using literally anyone else if you're looking for help, especially if you're a woman or someone who does not wish to be screamed at in their home.

I had a job that I struggled to figure out how to do with the drain under my sink. I finally gave up and called a professional. Jimmy took care of it ASAP and was reasonably priced. It's been holding great for a few years now.

Aladdin was the best, most professional, capable repairman I have ever dealt with. He was so knowledgeable and thorough. I can't recommend this service enough. Especially because of Aladdin. We will always use roto rooter from now on.
