Called about an error code on our house’s tankless water heater and they were able to respond later that same morning. Derek and Mark did a great job and gave me a lot of great information while explaining the steps to diagnosis the problem and reset the system to resolve the error. Will use this place again.

He was able to clear out our shower line that was backing up which will allow for us to be able to take a shower without having to turning off the water half way through in order to allow it to drain haha. The technician showed up when he said he would. He was quick and had all the problems solved and the area cleaned up and put back the way it was in less than hour! I’ve used Backflow Testers LLC a couple of times now to blow out my sprinkler system for the winter. They make it super easy to set up an appointment online/text/email and sent me a reminder the day before as well as the day of with an ETA. The process is super quick and hassle free. The invoice is handled via email so after they initially come in to shut the water off/drain excess water out of the line you won’t need to wait around to handle a bill. They charged $69 for the service (6 zones) which seemed a little high but everything seems a little high with inflation. I also figure you are paying for professionalism and reliability which I’m willing to do. I will be calling them in the spring to repair a leak in my sprinkler system that I don’t have time to dig out and fix myself.

What can I say, I rarely leave reviews but I would recommend these guys to anyone. They encountered a really nasty clog in our place and had to take apart some drain piping to get to it because the snake wasn't cutting it. I will be honest, it was nasty, and these guys went above and beyond to get us cleared up so we can use our main shower again. Not only that but the bill was less than what others charge for a basic sink snaking. I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again and I'm glad I listened to the positive reviews.

We had two smelly drains: one in the kitchen and one in the shower. James came over on time, and he took a look at the problem and was able to diagnose it right away. James was patient in answering my questions, and he was very courteous and friendly.

He did the work quickly, and he had a person (an apprentice?) shadowing him. I listened to him explain everything. He was very knowledgeable as I listened to him explain things. He made sure that nothing was leaking after he finished his work. He even went out of his way to fix something on our faucet (which wasn't what he came in for).

I would highly recommend James. They even have a $20 off coupon online right now.

Have a food truck and was happy to hear they worked on them. Plumber came out to look at my $250 water heater and $50 faucet. After an hour of telling me the current set up was difficult to replace (I bought the faucet at Home Depot, the water heater locally, so wrong on both counts), the tech quoted me a $3000 repair estimate. All I needed was a new faucet and new water heater. I could understand $800-$1000 because most plumber gouge a bit but $3000 was completely insane and predatory. I filled the tech’s ears with f bombs and he couldn’t drive away fast enough. Complete and total scam outfit. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR BS!

Zac was a model of professionalism and a great example of what customer service should look like. We had to have an emergency main line cleanout at midnight and he was very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
