It was easy to go on High 5's website and request an appointment. The appointment was within a few hours, even though it was not an emergency situation and I didn't ask for immediate service. I was kept informed of the status, and the work was completed quickly and correctly. I could not be more pleased with a Plumbing Company! Good job TJ :-)

I called and spoke with Sharone and he gave me a good time for his services. He showed up when he told me. He was professional courteous and got the job done. He also observed that I needed other smaller items fixed that would potentially cause me trouble later. I saw the ad that mentioned that Sharone was a master plumber, and after he finished, I believe he spoke the truth. Thank you very much

Nate at To the T is a miracle worker! We had a project of downsizing our fireplace recently and knew there might be an issue once we opened up the wall. Sure enough, we had plumbing and hvac vents that needed to be moved over about 2-3 feet into a VERY tight space and then redirected to our basement plumbing! Somehow Nate did it and helped to keep our remodel project on time! On top of that, we discovered an unrelated kitchen pipe that burst in the middle of the project and Nate came to the rescue again! This company is amazing and I'm so thrilled we have a plumbing and heating partner for years to come. Thank you Nate and team! Below you'll see some pics of the before and after. I contacted Marc via Thumbtack and he responded quickly and was able to get to us the same day. He quoted us the same price as another small business who said they were the cheapest I would find. Plumbing work is never cheap, but I feel it was a very fair, competitive price. Marc was very knowledgeable and professional, and I would highly recommend him. Tim did an amazing job. We have a newer house and noticed the furnace leaking onto the air filter after only 14 months. Tim quickly diagnosed and corrected the original installers error. Definitely recommend.

My Father recently passed and I need help with some things at his house. They came same day, had fair pricing and the customer service was outstanding. They didn't try and upcharge extra, they told me only what I needed in addition to options.
