Sharon was able to make it out to our place in LESS THAN AN HOUR to replace a leaking copper pipe on our hot water heater. Very impressed with the turnaround on the job too. Super professional and beats the prices of the big, mainstream plumbing companies. Highly recommend if you have any plumbing repairs you need taken care of.

Jose at Jim Needham was absolutely amazing today. Fixed our ac unit that had been broken for over 14 days in this recent Denver heat wave. Had initially scheduled service with one of the “bigger” hvac company’s in the area. Big mistake. Jim Needham came same day, with excellent service, and quick repair. I cannot say enough good things about Jose and the team at Jim Needham. I now feel like I have my own go to HVAC and plumbing team. Thank you guys so much!!!

I was told they would be at my house between 1 and 5 p.m. I took the afternoon off work. At 2:17 p.m. I received a call telling me I was next and the service person would call me when they were 30 minutes away. At 5:00 p.m. “John” called and said he was on his way and was one hour out. What a disappointment. There were many more things I would have enjoyed doing when taking a day off, than waiting for someone who never came.

I called Vertec plumbing because I had issues with my sprinklers and not only did they do a great Job, they also informed me of the many issues I had come across in the plumbing in my home. I had piping issues of which this company had a skill range that could fix my issue efficiently. They are on time and flexible. Very recommended services!
