We had a fire pit that malfunctioned and caused a fire on our patio. It ended up killing our AC condenser. After filing the claim and shopping for bids, Tipping Hat was the obvious choice. Well reviewed, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Amber was amazing and knew what to check and how to write the quote so our insurance had everything they needed to approve our claim. Romeo, Chris and Elijah were so fast, we went to check on them and they were done. Elizabeth was very sweet in taking our payment after hours too. All the other companies were backed up a week and a half to two weeks out. Tipping Hat was here two days later.

We used him when he used to be down in Farmington n.m literally the guy knows what he is doing you can ask anyone that lives in Farmington n.m that is in the plumbing buissness and they will tell you he is absolutely the most knowledgeable guy in town knowing he's now in Aurora I will never use another plumber you will get what you pay for with plumbing and he's best price and quality of work

Had a leak in my kitchen ceiling. My friend referred me to Service Made Easy. Kris came out and didn’t disappoint! He found a a pin hole leak in my ceiling less than 5 minutes of being in my house. I really had high expectations from this company based on the reviews.Their visit felt more like bait and switch scam!!They came to my house to assess why my DIY multi-zone ductless AC was not blowing cold air. The tech did not do any assessment and charged my wife $130 for taking a few pictures and telling her that to actually do a diagnostics the fee would be $2600.I'm not sure if he was trying to take advantage of my wife's lack of knowledge but that was Not very professional!It would have been better to save time and money and tell me her right a way they don't work on the system and leave. Also the phone administrator should have a filter question to prevent these calls.I suggest you go with Save Home Heat or Mayer Heating and AC

It is not too often that you get a very good plumbing service, I have just experienced an exceptional work from vertec services. My pipes were broken due to the cold weather and I called the plumber and he came within the window that was given and the plumbing work was promply done and the cost was also was reasonable. I will always recommend this company to anyone that need plumbing work done and as for me they will be my plumbers from now on

Based on my recent experience, and purely based on my experience, ARS was a dishonest, disrespectful, and coercive company to me and may very well have threatened to violate multiple laws. The motor in my swamp cooler was rattling and I had a small leak in the spigot that it was attached to. The swamp cooler and motor were working fine, but there was rattling. The technician that came out told me that the motor was simply loose and tightened it. He replace the filter of the cooler, which I approved. He also tightened the water connection. He sold me the $159 service plan to service the swamp cooler in fall and spring, the he left. I felt like the price to do this work was high ($650) since he spent less than an hour at the house, but I did agree to this.This is when things get problematic. Two hours after he tightens the screws of the motor and leaves, the swamp cooler just stops working. Two days later, the ARS tech comes out and says that the motor has failed and needs replacing. His explanation was that, once he had tightened it, it had to work too hard and just burned out. It was working up until he arrived. The cost of the motor is $129 and he quoted me $1000+ to replace it. I told him to hold off and called a contractor friend. My contractor came out and told me that the motor was working fine. It was a little old, but worked fine. I asked him to replace it nonetheless, and, less than an hour later, which included a trip to Home Depot to get the $129 replacement, it had a new motor.Based on this progression, I called ARS to discuss this issue. How did a working motor stop working, why was I told that it was totally burned out and needed replacing for $1000+, and why did the motor start working again after my contractor worked with it. After 4 days, I received a call from the customer retention team. She offered a $150 refund. I explained that I had paid for work that turned out to be not only incorrect, but the service tech told me that something was broken when it really wasn't and quoted me $1000 to replace a working part. She asked what it would take to remedy the situation, and I replied that I would like my money back. I quoted that the ARS web site states that the customer will receive their money back if unsatisfied with the work. Her response was appalling. She said that if they honor that, they will have to come out and undo any work that was done. That would mean loosening the motor of my swamp cooler! However, my contractor had already replaced it. Her response was that they'd have to undo any work that was done. This came across as a threat, so I told her that my remedy would be to challenge the charge with my credit card company. Her response was again threatening, stating that ARS would not take kindly with being threatened and that I she could see that I was upset. I wasn't upset, raising my voice, or anything like that. The ARS threat to come to my house and undo work would be illegal, especially if they undid any work I did subsequent to their arrival.

These guys are good and very professional. Showed up exactly as planned, did the work within the promised schedule, did the work correctly (solving problems that other had introduced), and handled spur-of-the-moment changes perfectly. Very good communication skills as well.

I recommend them, for what that’s worth, working on remodels.
