DO NOT USE BROTHERS PLUMBING AND HEATING! We were part of a service that paid monthly to obtain lower costs for services etc. One of their Technicians came out to do an annual check up on our furnace. He swiftly told us our 4 -1/2 year old furnace was in bad shape and the quote to repair was $9,000. He said the motor and blowers were out and needed to be replaced and if we did not do so CO would blow through the furnace into our home. We had a 2nd opinion completed the next day and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with our furnace and he could tell the Brothers Technician did not even inspect the entire unit.

Excellent work by VanKo on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend to repair a water heater supply value that failed on Friday afternoon.

Scheduling was easy through Dimitar late Friday night, and will definitely use this business again.

We replaced our furnace and air conditioner - a significant project. Tipping Hat was extremely professional, the quality of the installation top notch and there was an in person follow up visit the next day to make sure we were satisfied. I have used them before (hot water heater replacement) and I had been pleased with that job as well. They are not a discount business but I am a firm believer of you get what you pay for. Their prices were in line with other quotes but they also offer different price levels if you wanted to go with less of an investment. Bonus - they offered a discount because we paid up front instead of financing. We would use them again for sure.

Michael is the owner and was AMAZING. I first spoke with Christian on the phone and he provided incredible customer service by answering my questions and demonstrating patience + knowledge. I then got to work with Michael who very generously helped me with all questions I needed. I will for sure being using them with any plumbing needs and referring their business. They have integrity and truly care about the customer! Super impressed and grateful!

Just had Mark from C4 plumbing come to the house. May I say polite, professional,and very honest. I have dealt with other plumbers before. But have never had an experience like today. Do not use ARS. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and rude. They cancelled on me twice less than 30 minutes before appointment time. I took the afternoon off of work both times and they couldn't even provide me with a valid reason.

I called to have them check why my water isn’t hot at 11am. Sean came over at 12pm and checked out all of the connections and the water heater itself. After educating me on water heaters, I’ve decided to replace my 10 year, 40 gallon, old water heater. I went with a 50 gallon, Rheem water heater with 12yr warranty. He had to disconnect some pipes to get the old one out. He installed the new unit by 4pm. He also did some testing to make sure there were no leaks when he reconnected everything back up.
