The Service Pro Don who came out to our place was on time, very friendly and courteous when he entered our home. He cleaned up everything before he left and made sure we understood everything that was performed. Any additional plumbing jobs will go to King Rooter and more specifically Don.

I called Brothers for a furnace sytem inspection and cleaning. A code violation with an AC condensation pump wiring was discovered and electrician, Jose, came, assessed the situation and installed the needed GFCI outlet box quickly. He was personable, professional, and prompt. I strongly recommend Jose for home electrical repairs and upgrades to code. Mark returned to complete the AC condensation pump and furnace igniter replacement. He finished the job and showed me his work. Furnace and AC back to normal functioning and now up to code. I will ask for Mark by name for future maintenance and repair.

Tony Medina was WONDERFUL while cleaning out my sewer line. He was very kind and was very efficient. I will definitely be using Bell again. If you get Tony, you’re in great hands!!

Such a good experience. The job was done in a timely manner. The gentleman who did the work, Author and Ray, were very nice, very professional, and delightful to talk to. They replaced 2 shower valves with minimal damage and walked me though the steps so I knew exactly what was going on. I definitely would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Manny installed a water softening and filtration system in our home. He went as far as constructing an enclosure for it as it had to be installed in our garage.

He is an absolute professional. He is truly a Master Plumber as he is extremely knowledgeable. Not only that, but he genuinely cares about doing an exceptional job. He treats his client’s homes and projects as if he was working on his own.

I will certainly be utilizing his services in the future and will recommend him in the future to my own clients, friends, and family.

Service was incredibly professional. I worked with a Dylan D. and beyond doing great work on not only installing my water heater, but also taking the time to explain maintenance and care of my new water heater, he was on time and notified me before arriving. The price was exactly what was quoted, and was completed way before I expected it. All in all it was a pleasure to work with A Better Plumber, and I will seek them out for any future work. Kimball came out to check our water softener as we had no water pressure until it was shut off. It’s a dinosaur, archaic and no hope of reviving it (pretty much knew that.) We are on well water so a softener is important. He was on time, thorough, friendly, polite and explained everything clearly. He discussed by phone the issues to my husband and brought up a new system that would work well for us. So Scott will think on that. Thank you Kimball!!

Leon was AWESOME. A+ service.

He worked quickly and was able to help us as my husband and I decided to add services. Leon was able to bring our water shutoff valve up (where it should have been), install a gas line to convert our oven to gas, and replace the previous “homeowner hack job” under our kitchen sink that was causing leaks.

We’ll continue to call on Leon for our plumbing needs as they arise and highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing help.

We've found our new plumbers! We had an extensive project, making a basement bathroom from a washroom. Pipe it Up gave us a thorough and affordable quote. Viktor was our man. He had excellent communication throughout the project, was punctual and respectful throughout, and offered advice and insight when appropriate (which we needed). As well, we had numerous planning questions previous to the project and Rashad was timely and helpful with responses. We'll be using Pipe It Up again, possibly in the near future for another similarly big project.

Craig Wright and his coworker that came out was very helpful and patient. i mean we were not at the house when he arrives and i told him i would be there in 12 minutes but due to traffic we run later than 12 minutes and he did not complain. i really appreciate your patience. They both did a terrific job in getting our sewer cleared and gave us wonderful advice on products we can use to slow down the process from reoccurring soon. They were very very Thorough . they left no stone on turn. Great guys great company. really happy we use Roto Rooter and we will definitely use them again in the future if and when a problem arise. THEY CANCELLED AT THE LAST MOMENT! I had an appointment scheduled for over a week and the same day they cancelled the appointment. Not only the same day, but at the time they were supposed to be there. They charge a trip charge of $49 and the only compensation they would give for cancelling was to not charge the trip charge. They wouldn't have charged that anyway, when I paid for the service. This is so unprofessional to treat customers like this. It has been 90-100 degrees and they left my 83 year old mother without the cooling option that they were to provide.Reply to owner response: If your implying this was a fake review, because you cannot locate me, that just points to your companies lack of organization. My appointment was rescheduled, but they didn't send me a confirmation like they did the first time. They probably messed up the rescheduled appointment also. And you had a chance to make it right already and you offered nothing of the sort.

They replaced a water heater for us and did a good professional job. When they went to turn on the water to the house the main shutoff valve broke in the off position. They located the outside shutoff, but it also had problems and we were in the position where we might have to wait on Denver Water to fix it before we could have water back. Green solutions found a work around, worked late and got our water running that same day. We are very appreciative.

The appt. scheduler was very polite and offered to schedule me the same afternoon. The technician was very respectful and explained everything he was doing. He snaked out the basement floor drain and was finished with the whole call in less than half an hour. This was my second experience with Roto Rooter and I have been happy with their work.
