Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!

Zachary was amazing! He came out as soon as we called and was so friendly and professional. He explained everything while he was doing it and then gave us options on what we could do instead of just doing whatever and charging us for it. He was also hilarious and kept us laughing. Made us feel comfortable that he was providing the best service possible. We have used this company before and we will continue to use them in the future. Super quick response, amazing service, and decent prices. We love them!

Kam & Max (and company) were great! Their full-day installation was not intrusive, and they were cautious regarding our belongings. They were also careful not to damage anything in the workspace(s) and took care of everything regarding cleanup to ensure the finished areas looked better than when they arrived. They then walked me through everything I needed to know to register my products for warranty. If I could give them a 10-star review, I would. Kameron was relatable when it came to the sales piece, too. He was honest and didn't try to push us into anything we weren't comfortable with or didn't need. James was fantastic. Our main line was backing up and ended up needing to be replaced. He helped us through the entire process and made it as painless as possible. He even helped us get the sprinkler system up and running again after the work was done! If we need plumbing work again, JBM will be my first call.

Ali is very honest and his prices are affordable. We had 2 other places look at our air conditioner & give us quotes. I don't know how I found him, but Ali came out, laughed at what the other guys said, & expertly fixed the problem for half the price. Seriously, he saved us thousands of dollars!!

Plumbline Services is great. We have used them for multiple things and they always provide quality service. Most recently, Brian helped us with a kitchen sink and was friendly, professional, and fast. He gave us options on services based on the price points we wanted to stay within so we didn’t feel pressured into paying for more. He also came out on a Saturday which was helpful!

Turns out I did not need a new furnace like L&L said but I am scheduling a thorough cleaning and would recommend Done from here on out. When I do need a new unit I will be calling DONE! I am the happiest person on earth right now!!! My toilet had broken and there was backflow. I was confused when I got home so I tried my luck with Denver Plumbing Consultant. There is nothing better than plumbers showing up at your door within minutes to save the day. They were very friendly and assured me everything was going to be fixed. They did an amazing job and I can’t thank them enough. I recommend them!!!

Tried to charge us $316 for a part my husband found online for $13, and $27 at Ace. $200 diagnostic fee. My husband expressed to the serviceman that he did not appreciate being put in a lose/lose situation where he had to get swindled $316 to quickly replace a $13 part, (total price $550), OR just pay the $204 on the diagnostic fee and have to call another vendor and start over. The serviceman did not take kindly to this, was disrespectful, and the owner handled the situation even worse. In the end, this issue was caused from a leaky line, and the $316 capacitor tested out just fine.
