Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

New boiler replacement was like a piece of art, best work I have ever seen. Answered all my questions. The first plumbing company I worked with refused to clean the existing boiler (worried they might break something) and provided a quote to replace boiler almost double the quote from Tipping Hat. Floyd really knows his way around boilers.

Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!

After trying to resolve an issue with my radiant heat multiple times directly with Quality First, I am unfortunately left with no other option than to leave a negative review. I hired Quality First to replace a zone valve in my condominium that was producing extremely loud knocking noises every 10 min in my hot water baseboard. These knocking noises were loud enough that I was receiving noise complaints from my upstairs/downstairs neighbors. This was a known issue that I clearly communicated with Quality First; I had multiple HVAC companies diagnose the issue (Bell Plumbing & Brothers Plumbing/Heating) in addition to my property manager reaching out to them about having work done to my unit. When QF visited to provide an estimate, I was told that my zone valve looked fine, but that I needed to replace my isolation valves in addition to purging the main boiler in my building. While confused about the zone valve not needing to be replaced, I was more than happy to upgrade my isolation valves if that was what it took to fix the problem. During the second visit, two technicians worked on replacing my isolation valves for about 8 hours. Over the course of that day, they lost my condominium’s boiler room key, burnt a portion of my wall, and left a mess underneath my baseboards (metal shavings, copper pipe cutoffs, etc) that I had to clean up. After completion of this part of the job, the temperature in my condominium was stuck at about 80 degrees.I immediately called Quality First to let them know that my temperature was stuck in my condominium. Quality First sent a new set of technicians to my unit, who immediately recognized that the zone valve was faulty and needed to be replaced. After communicating my frustration with the technicians that I had known this was the problem the whole time, they explained that “they couldn’t speak for their coworker's work/diagnosis” and told me that I needed to pay for a new zone valve. This replacement took about 20 minutes to complete and cost $350.This interaction didn’t sit right with me, and I called Quality First the next day to express my disappointment and frustration that I was being charged for a known problem due to differing degrees of understanding among the technicians. To QF’s credit, they refunded me for the second trip and apologized. Unfortunately, I’m now back to where I began. While I have new zone and isolation valves in my unit, I continue to have obnoxiously loud knocking noises. I called QF again when this (re)started, and they told me I’d need a different kind of zone valve if I wanted to stop the knocking sound (an additional $1,000). If this was the known solution from the beginning, why wasn’t it done properly in the first place? “I can’t speak for my colleague’s work” and “we’ll make sure this is in the training manual” are not appropriate responses when errors are made. For the amount I paid, I expect professionalism. I now have to start over with a new company.

We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.

Horrible. From start to finish, every employee is not committed to doing the right thing for the customer. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Long story short, William from A Better Plumber saved the day. We originally had an appointment for the night before after we had a supply line that needed repaired. He came out bright and early the next day to make up for it. Thanks again, I would definitely recommend these guys for any repair you need.

We contacted C4 Plumbing to help us with water pressure issues and to service our tankless water heater. Jeremiah is a very knowledgeable and experienced plumber that was able to diagnose our issues instantly! He gave us expert advice going forward on the maintenance needed for the equipment installed in our house and was able to correct the water pressure issues in a jiffy. Christy, back at their office, was very prompt in helping us schedule the service and ensure we were taken care of ASAP. This is a great company and you can't go wrong with their service!

Sharon was able to make it out to our place in LESS THAN AN HOUR to replace a leaking copper pipe on our hot water heater. Very impressed with the turnaround on the job too. Super professional and beats the prices of the big, mainstream plumbing companies. Highly recommend if you have any plumbing repairs you need taken care of.

Furnace likely was tripped off due to a leaking humidifier from a gunked up drain tube. I had this serviced last December 2020 (same issue). Very responsive company over a holiday weekend calling me back to schedule a service after the weekend.
But, rather than “cleaning” the 7 inch clear tube that is 7 years old with a screwdriver and it seems prone to clogging, why just not replace it? A bit pricey to do an annual check and clean a drain tube.
