He quickly analyzed the situation and decided the leaks in our living room ceiling was not caused by our swamp cooler but by old pipes within this old house that required more drastic action beginning tomorrow. We were relieved but not happy with the news

I contracted Bell Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electrical to intall a charger for an electric car in my garage. They were the third bid and the lowest with their 20% club member discount. The work was done well and quickly. When he finished the technician went over the installation of the electrical service and operation of my new charger which I had supplied. They scheduled quickly and were very responsive to phone, email, and text communications. I would recommend them for any electrical service needs you have.

This is a great company and they care about their customers. I had a problem with my furnace system on several different days. Spoke with Emily and Angela over the phone and the customer service was amazing and quick. Technicians were Brandon, Emilio and Sam. Brandon was great with communication and informed me when parts would be available and made sure I was kept in the loop the entire time. We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.

June 3 of 2021 my Air Conditioning stopped working so Fidelity Home Warranty dispatched Service Network Plumbing and Heating.. it took them two weeks to get to me (June 15)

Thet finally get around to replacing the exterior unit which ends up being an all day ordeal because they don't listen to their customers ( I told them I needed a new pad but they were prepared for that so the guy had to go buy one)

The older gentle4man complained the entire time about everything.. the age of the unit, how hard the job was, that he needed a pad, that he needed help...
A young man finally arrived to help him who explained he was new and for the remaineder of the day the older gentleman berated and chastised him for not knowing what he was doing.. then at the end of the day the older guy just leaves him alone to recharge the system.. which he didn't know how to do and took him HOURS..

Fast forward to June of 2022 ... I have no fricken air conditioning

Why? Because now, $4000 later I have learned is is because the very experienced person leading the repair only repaired half my system. They only replaced the exterior condensing unit and not the interior coils as well.. trying to marrying 1975 technology and 2020 technology which is impossible, and they knew it all along and didn't care. They just patched they system together, knowing it wouldn't last, and ran away with the money.

Sharone did a great job diagnosing and fixing a badly clogged toilet in Denver. He had to do quite a bit of work and different techniques to get it fixed. He is definitely a master plumber!
