Excellent service from Lucas and the company. When an appointment cancelled before my original appointment, they called and offered an earlier appointment. Repairmen wear booties over their shoes. Rather than charge me for another trip, they had another repair person drive down the garbage disposal I wanted. No water on my floors or counters. Estimate provided before work began. Environmentally friendly with only electronic receipts.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Both Techs had great customer service (very friendly) and professional (wore masks and show coverings the whole time). They even took the time to answer additional questions not related to the water heater afterwards. The only down side is the Bell seems to be more expensive than other options out there and this water heater needed to be replaced (severe leaking) after less than 8 yrs).

The service from Brian and Landon from Tippng Hat was great. They did a thorough inspection and provided an interim solution. I will definitely use the service again.

These guys are awesome! Day before Thanksgiving and I had a pipe leaking under the sink in my rental property. Mike got on the phone with me right away and had someone (Lance) out within hours.

What a great company! This is the only plumbing company I will do business with again. I was worried our main drain line was clogging up. Two companies I called said it would be a week before they could take a look. A Better Plumber came out the very next day!Danny arrived on time, was clean, professional and respectful of our home. The best part is what happened next. After running a few checks and inspecting the drainage, we were told we did NOT have any plumbing issue. He took the time to explain how he was running his checks, and then he did a free courtesy clean of one of our sink drains he noticed was draining slow.He could've easily lied to us and made a dramatic speech about how we were on the verge of a plumbing catastrophe, but he told the truth, was patient, and genuinely just wanted to make sure all was well.Definitely a recommend!!
