We needed another circuit for our new dishwasher that’s being installed by someone else and Top Shelf was the only business I called that was able to come out the same day to give us a free estimate while everyone else had about a two week wait plus a fee to just come out. Probably not your ideal situation but it was very convenient for us as we needed this done before our baby gets here in three weeks. Darrell came by, gave us a quote and scheduled us for our next appointment to get the work done. He was here 8AM sharp the day of the appointment and went above and beyond with his work. So happy! Overall great and friendly customer service both from Darrell and the lady I spoke with over the phone (don’t remember her name, sorry). I would highly recommend your business to everyone and will definitely be using you guys in the future when we need anything else done.

Pedro was awesome. Not only was he willing to text with my partner to evaluate the problem and see if he could support us problem solving through it, he was then very available to be out 12 hours later first thing in the morning. He was on time and very friendly and helpful. He was able to simplify what was an imevesssrily complicated initial pipe configuration that we inherited with the purchase of our new home. After getting an under mount sink with some new countertops, the entire under sink piping shifted and would not go back. Pedro not only got everything g reconnected but removed some of the unnecessary pieces. Now our under sink area is functioning great and is more spacious. Will refit let continue to have this company be our go to! Thanks again!

I had a very bad clog in the basement and everything came out of the toilet from the washer. It was a mess. This is the first home I owned so I got a little scared. I called Profesional Plumbers Denver and they sent Lance. He was amazing. He arrived at 6:30pm and left at 1:45am. He had a lot of work to do and he never gave up on getting it unplugged. It took longer but because he didn't give up. He cared enough to stay and get the job done properly. I really appreciate Lance. The work and workmanship of Quality First Plumbing never dissapoints us. Zach S and Zach D did a fantastic job in resolving the clogged kitchen sink in our basement, along with the replacement of our Garbage Disposal. Zach S explained every part of the process better than my doctor! Both (Zach's) are very precise and detailed.There were no surprises, just a super happy household that now has their basement's kitchen unclogged, and we always know who to contact if there's any plubing or HVAC issues in the future.

Custom HPACES is really great. I would recommend them many times over to anyone. They are quick to respond, fairly priced, and everyone I've ever spoken with has been beyond kind. Before having a new furnace installed this past winter, I got quotes from 6 different companies in town. Custom was not the cheapest (they also weren't the most expensive by far), but they offered the very best in quality and service. I've never once regretted my decision.
