Best Heating And Plumbing in Aurora CO
Fantastic. He took the time to educated us on heating and cooling system--both advantages and dangers. He spent 3 hours showing husband all the details and what age had done to our furnace and why he could not take a chance to service it because it might bring carbon dioxide and could not face that. We learned that it was important to replace both furnace and air conditioner since they were 16 years old and there were cracks and rust. We appreciated his time.Furnace and Air Conditioner were installed today. Again, they came right on time. Worked until job was finished. Friendly, did not bother my own home business. Friendly and very thorough. Showed us how to operate everything and gave us good advise. I recommend them highly. The job was almost perfect with one exception: forgot to reconnect water heater when gas was turned off. We called and they came out right away. We are so satisfied with the professionalism in this company. They recognized their responsibility to the clients and are happy to help and in any problems.

Val did an excellent job installing my new water heater. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kind. He even noticed my venting system had large holes and cracks in it, went to the store to get supplies, and fixed the issue on the spot. That was much appreciated since carbon dioxide could potentially leak from those holes. Euro Plumbing did a great job and has very competitive prices. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

This is the 2nd time we've had service from High 5. We were having flooring installed and the contractor accidentally cut the gas line to the stove. Josh arrived quickly and repaired the problem with no issues in a friendl, professional manor.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Scheduled routine water heater maintenance The person confirmed time of arrival on the day of then never showed up. We rescheduled and he came by to tell us that since we’d not done any maintenance in many years and the heater is 9 years old he wouldn’t perform maintenance due to liability which is fair. He recommended running out the heater to end of its life and then replacing heater entirely. We got some other company (called 888) to come in and he was able to do flush, clean, replace anode within an hour and said heater is in good shape. Comparatively the second advice was much more in our interests than what we got from this company. It cost us $300 with the second company tho and these guys were much cheaper. They were friendly and professional and no other complaints other than the advice felt like they were looking out for their liability more than my interest which is something others should know if it happens to them.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Professional Plumbers Denver. Michael and his team were super responsive. Our sewer pipe had collapsed near the city main in the middle of the street. He was out to review the situation and give us a quote within 20 minutes. The quote we were given was very fair. Throughout the whole process we were kept updated and all our questions were answered. We’ll be using Professional Plumbers Denver for all our future plumbing needs. Thanks again, Michael!

Ray M went above and beyond to determine the cause of a leak coming from our kids bathroom. He was professional, polite and most of all competent and made us feel confident with his findings. He was here very late on a Friday evening and never acted rushed. We appreciate all of your help Ray! Matt H

Our heater pilot light went out and wouldn't start so we had to contact our landlord who made the call so I can't comment on the price. But they called me made an appointment for the following day the technician came out I told him what was wrong and he fixed it and left. Then 2 weeks later I had another issue with the furnace and the same technician came out and fixed a separate issue (the furnace is probably 40 years old) and my heat is back on. He got here quick and did the job in 10 min. Very happy costumer here.

Sometimes you get lucky...great service(fixed the problem), and felt like you were treated with honesty and respect. I'm happy to pay my money to this company and refer them to anyone. Great experience! I don't think it was luck...I think it's fate when it all works out well.

I will not do business with A Better Plumber ever again.I contacted A Better Plumber for an emergency water leak of my water heater and my indoor water main valve. They came out the next day to help me shut off the water and started repairs a day after that. The water heater was overdue to be replaced and so was the valve. They sold me a new tankless water heater, a new shutoff valve, a pressure reducing valve, and an inline filter. The total cost was just under $13,000. The installers were professional, the work was good, and the job was done in about a day. I thought the price was a little high but the job was done well and done quick so I let it go. I was a little bothered when they pressured me to sign a document waiving my right to cancel the job within three days but since the job was complete in under three days I let that go, too.I also had a potential sewer issue marked on my inspection (I recently purchased the house) so I asked them to take a look. The person they sent out to inspect the sewer took one look and immediately said all of the cast iron had to be replaced because the additives they put in our food corrode cast iron and if I don't replace it right away it will leak beneath my foundation and cause major problems. He also said the plumbing leading to the cast iron (the main stack) was outdated and needed to be completely replaced. The estimate he sent to replace the main stack plus 20 feet of interior sewer line was $12,500. I was uneasy with his hard-sell tactics, pushing for immediate repair and pressuring again to have me waive my right to cancel. I decided to call another plumber for a second opinion. The second company says there isn't any clear damage to the cast iron. They offered to do a cleaning for $350 before inspecting again. If it truly needs to be replaced they said it should be around $8000 at the highest. They also said that the main stack was clearly recently replaced and in good condition. They ran scopes around to inspect it as well, which A Better Plumber didn't do.I did some quick searching to find pricing for the items A Better Plumber installed in the first job vs what they charged me. Here's what I found:* Navien NPE-241A2 Tankless Water Heater - Google: $1900 - A Better Plumber: $9599* Halo 9 Inline Filter - Google: $500 - A Better Plumber: $1800* PRV-100 Pressure Reducing Valve - Google: $200-$500 - A Better Plumber: $1398.99My opinion: They did a good job. They charged a LOT of money. They tried to upsell unnecessary repairs. I will not do business with them again.Edit to respond to Jeff, the Owner:When I had the first job done, I was impressed by Beau and Jimmy's work. They were professional, they seemed to know what they were doing, and they got the job done. I felt uneasy at the cost but I understood it was a quick response and, in general, I'm willing to pay a premium for professional work. The prices I listed above come straight from the invoice they gave me. There was no separate line item for finance costs. That was advertised as 0%. (No mention of any added fees)For the second job, your man Jansen came out. He told me that additives in food will rot cast iron, especially if it is right below the kitchen. He told me that the main stack was clearly original and had to be replaced (it was actually a replacement for the original cast iron, in good shape, and the next plumber showed me how to tell). He told me within seconds of the scope hitting the pipe that it was bottomed out and clearly needed emergency replacement. He never mentioned cleaning or further inspections. He also pushed me to waive my right to cancel even though the earliest he could start the job would be four days later. It was his hard-sell used-car-salesman tactics that soured my opinion of the whole business and led me to question all of the work done up to that point. My bottom line is that the first job was a good job and it was incredibly expensive. Other people can look at the numbers and decide for themselves. The numbers are straight from the invoice.

Marc listened to my puzzle and after suggestion and more radical solution kept trying to find the root cause which he did. It was just finding a shut off vulvae which another person never found. I'd give 5 stars, but he didn't really do any hard work so I can't really review that aspect. But he gave me peace of mind when an outside pipe sprung a leak. And he was real nice.

Leon was great? He was very responsive to our needs. He arrived when he said he would and most of all, he was honest! If you need a Plumber, I highly recommend Leon at Royalty Plumbing!

Pipe it up is a great plumbing company. They are quick to respond, have up front and fair pricing, and communicate the steps they are taking throughout a project. We used them for a basement finish bathroom remodel/install and they were great in helping to walk through the process and made multiple trips to help get the job done. Highly recommend.

Joe just left and I am so grateful for the fantastic job he did. Had them out for the first time today. Had called several different plumbers and left messages that I still haven't received calls back. I love that Befort actually answered the phone, AND got someone out the next day. Had him repair a spigot that another plumber had messed up and replace another one. He went above and beyond and I am thrilled to have a professional plumber that charges fairly, shows up on time and is a hard worker. Thank you so much for the GREAT work!
