Chuck (the technician) repaired the “pressure vacuum breaker assembly”- specifically the valve.As he has been a technician for me in the past, as usual, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly an expert!

I had and issue with my water heater, just about gave up hope for finding a company that was reasonable with prices. I was recommended and still didnt believe I would find anyone. And it was pretty much same day estimate of my call of inquiry and next day install. I was in AWE! I recommend EURO Plumbing LLC to anyone, call and find out for yourself. You will be happy you did, 5 stars hands down!! I am SATISFIED with the service they brought!

We had a circuit blow and lost power to multiple rooms, including our bathrooms with showers, late at night. Of course we had company scheduled to stay with us the next day.

I called at 6 am when most places were closed and the lovely lady I spoke with had Darrell out to our place by 8 am. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue in addition to teaching me a ton about the electrical system and why the issue occurred. They have gained a life long customer here!

I was shopping for a company to evaluate my current sump pump system and either optimize it or give my options of other things I may need to do, plus repair my output pipe. Jason came on time and was highly professional. He let me know one option which was replacing the sump pump with a system, but since the city just replaced my sump pump for free he suggested a better option that optimizes my current set up. It saved me tons of money. I truly appreciated his honesty and great information. He came the next day on time and did the work in a few hours. He gave me a thorough instruction of how to work my system and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend High 5 Plumbing.

We called Sharon late one night after discovering an outdoor pipe had burst. He was extremely accommodating, and was able to fix our problem despite it being late in the night. Sharon was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using his company in the future!
