Our plumber was terrible and overpriced. First off, he gave us a quote of over $900 for some simple plumbing work. This was more then we paid for similar services. We were immediately able to talk him down, but my wife accidentally closed the Payment window and noticed he had checked the price of our house out on Zillio before giving us a quote. We live in kind of a fancy area and he obviously charged us a “house tax”.

He did what was expected plumbing wise but did not finish sealing the outside fixture he replaced. When we asked he said “we don’t do that”. Again this was a first and for such an expensive service, it was unexpected. Don’t use this service if you are in an expensive area and be wary of lazy plumbers.

Had some electrical work done recently and Karsten did a quick and thorough job, he also made sure to leave everything as clean as he found it which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend using Brothers.

High 5 is a pleasure to work with. We had our main line clog up. They were able to make it out same day. Our technician Josh M was courteous and on time and knowledgeable. We’d already had an awful experience with a different company earlier in the day so it was a refreshing difference with High 5. Also I’m happy with the 6 month warranty so if we back up again within 6 months the price we paid included them coming out once more within 6 months. Overall I’d def recommend them. Because of the extraordinary service that we received today, I felt it necessary to post this review immediately. I had a service repairman at my house within 48 hours of my phone call. Our service rep was Todd Sweet, and I have to say that I have never been this impressed with a technician. He was courteous, pleasant, not pushy, explained everything that needed to be done, provided me with an estimate within a very short time of his arrival, he gave me no hard sell on a future contract (even though he did explain the benefits of one), and made sure he spent a few minutes just with a pleasant conversation. I HIGHLY recommend Bell Home Solutions. Very impressed with their prices as well! We are 100% satisfied!!!!!! Thank you Bell!!!

They installed a new heater and AC. The team was great. They were friendly and clearly explained our choices and the work they would be doing. They took the time needed to do the job right without cutting corners. They were clean, on time and thorough. I would hire them whenever this kind of work is needed.

My warranty company sent this plumbing company to my house when I believed my water heater had a leak. After Igor,the plumber, arrived he figured out that my water heater was fine and that my humidifier on the furnace was leaking. Instead of letting my know that this wasn’t covered by my warranty company, he fixed it and then charged me a ridiculous amount. When I expressed my frustration at the now large bill he told me he didn’t know it wasn’t going to be covered until after he fixed it. A true lie if I’ve ever heard one. The worst part is that he charged me an outrageous amount to reattach a hose to the humidifier drain (something I could have easily done). Never use this company. These are the typical service men that like to rake people over the coals.

I called at 7 am, and my plumbing issue was resolved by 12 pm. Bruce was really clear about my options when he picked up, and Arthur and Ray were very professional when they arrived on time. They took off their shoes without me asking, fixed the clog in the bathroom sink, and answered all my questions. I couldn’t be more pleased. As a bonus - it is a black owned business!

Professional Plumbers have responded to 3-4 urgent plumbing leaks in about two week's time for properties I manage and they've been able to respond within hours where others were scheduling a few to several days out. Impressive!

Thomas and David both did an amazing job fixing my leaking kitchen sink. Not only that but Thomas also did a great job explaining how to fix minor sink issues. I loved how easy they were to chat with and open to any questions we had.

I'd like to thank C4 Plumbing for helping me out late Saturday evening with a pipe leak. I had struggled with it for a few hours wondering why after shutting the main water valve I was still seeing water coming out of that pipe. In a panic, I started looking for a plumber that could come as soon as possible. I found C4 Plumbing and Mark came out that same evening to work on it. He was professional and did an awesome job with the repairs. He also showed me what other repairs I should think of getting done so in case I ever get another leak, my main water valve will work properly. He has great customer service and very knowledgeable in his field. I will definitely be calling him back for those other needed repairs and I would recommend him if you need any plumbing work.

The folks are barely better than con-artists. DO NOT EVER CONTRACT THEIR SERVICES.

At the beginning of COVID-19 lockdowns, our master shower/tub went out. When we finally felt comfortable bringing someone in, we called Action Appliance, who recommended these folks. We've had fine experiences with Action in the past, so their recommended plumber seemed like a guaranteed good deal. We were SO WRONG. The only prompt appointment was for our initial estimate, at which point we were told that it was a simple fix, and that a part would be in to do the work in a couple days. We were asked to pay 2/3 of the bill up front, but the man instead charged the entire total, without informing us. Then, the no-call/no-shows began. Three appointments over five days were cancelled on us AFTER the window, and only when we called to ask the status. Furthermore, each time we were informed that the part would be in soon, and another (fake) appointment was scheduled. After a week without out money or our repairs, we called and asked for a reasonable accommodation for the hassle and lies. We were informed they would only offer a small discount - approximately $100 out of nearly $1000 total work. When we informed them that was not acceptable, they then told us they would cancel the work, but would be keeping 25% for a cancellation fee! We were left with no work, and have had to appeal to our bank to attempt to have any of our money returned (they to date have not returned a penny).

Needless to say, we called another plumber, who was professional, punctual, and more than happy to get the work done in a beautiful manner.

Anywhere Rooter are frauds and crooks. DO NOT EVER HIRE THEM.
