King Rooter & Plumbing is the go-to plumber in this Denver area. I have used 3 other companies to fix my sump pump and none of them were as good, professional, friendly or dependable as this company.

Robert arrived on time early on a Saturday morning to address a drainage problem in our basement. The problem turned out to be an obstruction of the water drain line from our furnace and hot water heater, which caused leaking on our basement floor. Robert quickly identified the problem, clearly explained the problem to us, and successfully solved the problem. He is careful and detailed, highly professional, and very courteous. We highly recommend Brothers Plumbing and Robert.

We had a water heater that went out and the pleasure of working with two employee's. Andon and Boris. They both were very great. They were communicative, on time, friendly and professional. Their prices compared to everyone else was also a no Brainer. I really appreciated them walking us through the entire process and showing what all was done. We also found out our home lacked a water pressure valve and was at a very unsafe pressure for our plumbing system.we appreciated them explaining this to us, offering options but ultimately leaving the decision to us, there was no pressure to buy. Would definitely use them again if need be.

Nick A was VERY HELPFUL with explaining what needed to be done, costs up front. He was able to fix 3 different plumbing problems in one visit. Had what he needed on truck- then even had one item delivered to our home while he worked on the other problems. Showed us the finished projects and use them to confirm that they were fixed. Nick Sherman was excellent, he solved our problem way faster than we thought it would take anyone to fix it! Would recommend reaching out if you need any help with electricity. Specially with these old homes that have a funky wiring system. He super friendly and professional! Recommend 10/10!

During a remodel in 2020-21, Flowrite did the plumbing work for my project per my contractor. During my first night in my home June 2021, my shower backed up, and the toilet overflowed. After calling my contractor he contacted Flowrite. They refused to accept responsibility and come to my home, to try to fix the problem. My contractor had to contact a couple other companies to put a camera down the drain to find the obstruction. A piece of PVC pipe was retrieved. It had been left in the drain when everything was closed up. The plumber with the camera charged my project/contractor $750. Flowrite again refused to pay for this, even though it was their mess-up leaving a piece of pipe in my drain, for my contractor to pay this bill. I would never hire them for any plumbing needs.

We had a mystery leak, and Bruce was quick to respond and locate the source of the water. I would certainly call him again for future issues.

I called on a whim today and the owner Mike walked my though a DIY project, that admittedly, I completely messed up. He took the time to help my over the phone and referred me to someone who can come out and help me reverse my mistake. Furthermore, he’s also offered to help me in the future once it’s time to actually install the drain. It’s hard to find people willing to help you out when they are trying to run a business. I offered to pay him for his time and he declined. I will be calling
Mike in the future. further updates to follow as my blunder of a project continues.. haha

Kimball came in and was able to get the water heater replaced and fixed our dryer. Excellent job done on the repair & replacement of a new water heater.

Leon and his team knew what the issue was with my entire water system pipe including pipe out to the sprinklers .They were excellent professionals and described the cause, fix and their procedure . They fixed all the problems in the time they provided.They are very knowledgable and were patiently explained what each step was in the fix.

Said they'd be here at 10am. I called around 10:45am and was told they give a 2 hour window to show up. I wasn't told that up front, but that's fine. I was then told that they should be there in 15 minutes, but they never showed up at all.

Great staff here. They were all so polite and friendly. I was on the phone with them for a really long time trying to get details sorted out but they were always super nice. I don’t really know too much about water heaters other than the fact that mine quit working and I needed hot water. From what I cold see the plumber was attentive to detail and always communicated to me with what he was doing. He made me fee comfortable too (sometimes it can feel awkward with a stranger in your home) but he was awesome! Would use them again for sure!

I will never call another plumber again. I recently remodeled my bathroom and needed some plumbing work. I ended up calling three different plumbers to do the job. the first did it incorrectly and ran to another city with my money, the second had to come and inspect the work in order to refund the work because they again had done the work incorrectly. Kevin and his team came over and not only did it for a fair price, but did the work correctly (and even helped with some design) on the first visit. I have found my new plumber.
