Jeff came out to give me an estimate on a new furnace. He was punctual, friendly, professional, and very knowledgable. He spent about 30 minutes walking the house and presented me with several options. The price was less than the other quote I obtained. I will be using Brother's for my new furnace.

Caleb was very friendly and easy to work with. He diagnosed the issues with my sink pipes quickly. During the tests and repairs, he took the time to inform me about proper care and maintenance of pipes and garbage disposals. He ensured the water and debris was completely cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs, and kudos to Caleb Horn for his exceptional work and professionalism.

I have 2 tankless water heaters that feed the house that were not working. I have used Tipping Hat in the past because I think Applewood intentionally over charges. Now I think both Applewood and Tipping Hat do.The first tech came out and looked at the units and couldn't figure out what was wrong, so he called in the 2nd 'Master' tech. He was befuddled as well. Both techs were very nice and very professional, but I don't think have much experience with tankless water heaters, because they didn't have any it may be this.. options. The 3rd tech came in who had the most experience, and tried to see what is the problem. They were all very nice and timely. 3rd tech could not figure it our either and said that we would have to start trying to spend money on figuring out the problem by replacing electrical boards and sensors ($1600 +) or install new units - $22,000. That is a big number, but there is a unit here and in TX, and we should make a decision quickly so we can snag the TX unit. This is on a Friday with no cold water and an unhappy family.I did some research online and the units cost anywhere from $2-$2500. That would be $5k total, and if they mark it up a bit for profit, I get that, but to charge upwards to another $15k for install - basically replacing what is there - no plumbing or electrical work to be done. That seemed egregious.I went on youtube and did a couple of test after searching some videos, tests that none of the 3 techs did, and I fixed one of the units! Took me 30 minutes. I am not a plumber and would NOT recommend Tipping Hat to anyone else. They viewed my job as a money grab and should be ashamed. They could have run the few simple trouble shooting tests if they knew what they were doing.

Manny installed a water softening and filtration system in our home. He went as far as constructing an enclosure for it as it had to be installed in our garage.
He is an absolute professional. He is truly a Master Plumber as he is extremely knowledgeable. Not only that, but he genuinely cares about doing an exceptional job. He treats his client’s homes and projects as if he was working on his own.
I will certainly be utilizing his services in the future and will recommend him in the future to my own clients, friends, and family.

Royalty Plumbing was recommended to us by a fella that does renovations and uses Royalty Plumbing for all his jobs. Leon has come to us twice, at a moment's notice, and fixed our minor little plumbing problems, stopped up toilet, slow drains, changing faucets, etc. He is always quick and thorough, and always professional. Royalty Plumbing (and Leon in particular) is our go to plumber, for large jobs or small.

We recently had a pipe leak and after calling several companies to get some help, Pipe It Up was able to schedule a plumber to repair the pipe inside just a few hours. Juan was prompt (even a little early), professional, polite, and efficiently made the repair to stop the leak. This is my first time using this company for a plumbing repair and I will keep them on my shortlist for future reference.

Terrible company. Do not use. I have an emergency and they could care less. My water heater is literally leaking and causing water damage to my house and needs to be addressed immediately, but they don't do emergency things I guess. I unfortunately have to use my home warranty, who is equally as bad, Fidelity National Home Warranty, avoid them as well. They have tried to contact them and now that they can't they want to offer me a cash out that no one even remotely covers the little amount they want to give.
These people however, finally answered a phone call after me explaining that this leak is causing water damage to my home and mold and mildew. They finally said they could get someone out to drain and move it and would come back the next day or 2 to put in the new water heater. 3 hours later and literally over dozens of phone calls later, no is responding and no one showed up. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. My water heater is still leaking and causing damage as I write this and I am also still dialing trying to get someone to answer. DO NOT call these people for anything. They will not show up and they could care less about their customer.
After reading the responses from their customer service team, let me head you off there. My warranty company may be terrible, but when they have already authorized you guys to do the work and refuse to call me back, answer any of my phone calls or answer the warranty company's phone call, the fault lies solely on you and your company. If you do not want to own up to your terrible business practices and customer services, don't hide behind the warranty company like you don't understand how to answer a phone or return a phone call. These issues from all of these reviews are on you.
