I just had the sewer pipe underneath my driveway repaired with the lining process. It sounds and looks easy on U-Tube but in real life there are always bumps. The crew, whose lead I now forget his name, was able to resolve some inherent problems and complete the job efficiently. I commend them for their efforts and would highly recommend King Rooter and Plumbing.

I moved into my home a few months ago and it has needed a lot of work to get up and running. So I have called lots of different contractors for various reasons and Brothers has by far been the best to work with. We have had a few other workers come the house that have not been ideal but we have been happy with Brothers everytime they have had to come out.They respond quickly and communicate every step of the process well to you. The people who answer the phone are always nice and helpful. They have been able to move my appointment up to earlier in the week to save me time when I needed it on two separate occasions. The techs that come to your house are friendly and knowledgeable. They explain things more than most contractors I've dealt with do and will be upfront about what things costs prior to work being done. You can certainly find cheaper contractors out there but I have happy to pay more to know I am getting quality service from a person who knows what they are doing. I have been using them for plumbing and HVAC so far with no complaints and will be using their electrical services soon.Shout-out to Mike B, Joe & Jayson for helping us get new gas pipes installed and getting heat back to the house quickly. My second 3 star rating. Using my second email address to warn others. I used them before and gave them 3 stars for not telling me the costs up front when there was standard tiered pricing. They have once again been shady. My fiance had them come out. We called them out to evaluate our shower plumbing due to low water pressure. They mentioned they didn't know the brand and part number of the part we needed to replace. Although the person who came out was nice and seemed helpful, the business itself refused to tell us the part number after they gave us an extremely high estimate the next day. A quick vague google search of the part we needed showed that it should be much lower priced than the estimate. After complaining, they gave us a credit to high five plumbing instead of refunding the money for the estimate.

Great service from the start! I've used Bell for years and am always satisfied. Karen in the showroom was very easy to talk to and set up all the services I needed quickly.Tyler was our electrician and he was great. He was nice and explained everything clearly and worked quickly, yet professionally. He let us know as each job was complete and was very courteous.I have used Bell for Plumbing and now electrical work and will stand by them for years to come.

I had a great experience with the employees at Tipping Hat that I interacted with, including Austin D., Chris B. and Ginger C. All were very prompt, friendly, and professional!I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because it felt rather deceptive to advertise an $86 drain cleaning service but then once you're in the process of scheduling they let you know there's actually an additional fee of $45. It is not clear at all how this fee is any different from the advertised price. Seems like they just want to advertise a lower price and then increase it by 50% once they've got you on the line...

Mr. Patino and his team at Flow-Rite are top-notch professionals. We have used Flow-Rite twice now. They're always on time. They don't upsell you products and services you don't need. And they get the job done.

It's so hard to find a good plumber out there who charges reasonable rates and does quality work. Look no further. These guys are the best. I'd give these guys six stars if I could.

My warranty company sent this plumbing company to my house when I believed my water heater had a leak. After Igor,the plumber, arrived he figured out that my water heater was fine and that my humidifier on the furnace was leaking. Instead of letting my know that this wasn’t covered by my warranty company, he fixed it and then charged me a ridiculous amount. When I expressed my frustration at the now large bill he told me he didn’t know it wasn’t going to be covered until after he fixed it. A true lie if I’ve ever heard one. The worst part is that he charged me an outrageous amount to reattach a hose to the humidifier drain (something I could have easily done). Never use this company. These are the typical service men that like to rake people over the coals.

They were wonderful to work with. We needed help after hours and over the the weekend on a few gas leak issues. The job required a few trips back and forth. They were able to help with every step of the process and did a great job communicating with us. We will use them again!

Pedro is absolutely the consummate professional. He was fair, prompt, knowledgeable, personable and went out of his way to save me money on the repair of my hose bib. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I am going to agree with a prior review that everyone at the business is a pleasure to deal, with but the price structure is not consistent with other companies.I called for a clogged drain in our master shower bath and the company was able to come out the same morning, which was great. Total charge was $339 to snake the drain, which took about 5 mins. Most companies will make the call out fee of $39 part of the total price if you use their service, but this company still adds it as an additional line item, along with a $50 charge to pour a cleaning solution that you can buy on Amazon for $13.Nice people to deal with, but will seek other options from licensed companies in our area next time I have a plumbing need.
