Great service and staff. King Rooter got me in for an emergency service for a backed-up kitchen sink. Alfonso came out for a 2nd appointment to fully clean the pipes. Alfonso and the other team members who visited were highly professional and helpful. Recommend!

Igor was fantastic! He had my sewer backup fixed in under an hour. He did a thorough job of clearing tree roots and other potential problems. Igor came highly recommended after a friend watched a plumber first hand deceive, over charge, and be outwardly disrespectful to me. It was a great relief to get a plumber here that was helpful, kind and affordable!

I don't understand the negative reviews and overlooked those because they seemed like home warranty issues, which has nothing to do with Igor. I am glad I did!

If you got a problem, call my man Bruce and he'll be there to fix it with the quickness! He was able to find, diagnose, and repair a cracked pipe in no time at all and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Honest, on time, and professional!

Michael was quick to organize his crew to perform an emergency replacement of the main sewer line section. His quote was the best and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. When the city delayed the inspection, Michael hounded them so we could stay at the front of the line. Despite the large amount of work, the whole process was very low stress. I am entirely satisfied with the work and will definitely use Michael for future plumbing needs.

Quality 1st is trustworthy, honest and very efficient. I’ve had terrible experiences with another local company and Howie (owner) and his team have bent over backwards to fix all my issues. Dee and Bree in the office were amazing and I was thrilled they were able to get someone out the next day. They were prompt and professional and called to let me know my service professional, Paul, was on the way. Paul is an expert and fixed my issues (and some I didn’t even know about!) all on a Saturday.I trust these guys completely and they’re the only company who will do work in my home.

Mark is very courteous, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He's the real deal as a plumber too. Our service was after hours so it was expensive. You may find less expensive plumbing repair companies in Denver but that you won't find a better, or more competent, plumber than Mark.

I had an emergency - a gas leak was reported at my home while I was out of state. Xcel shut the gas off and would not turn it back on until the leak was found and repaired. In fact they almost locked out the gas service without my knowledge, which would have left the furnace off and house cold during freezing temperatures. I called Royalty Plumbing and Leon was very clear about my options. In short I took his advice and Leon had the leak fixed and furnace burning within a few hours of my call on a Friday afternoon! I highly recommend Royalty Plumbing!
