We have used Brother's Plumbing for sprinkler start up and shut down several times in the past. This year, for probably the 3rd or 4th season, we called at the end of May to schedule sprinkler start up. Brother's will only warranty their sprinkler shut down work if they also start up. Because of that, we decided to try and stick with them again. Labor shortages meant that they couldn't get anyone out to our home until the end of June, a month later. We understood that and agreed to wait.The day before they were supposed to show (after a month of waiting already), I received a voicemail saying that their tech wasn't available and they needed to reschedule. I called back and said we'd be happy to work with them, within reason. Their first offer was the second week of July, which was, of course, not acceptable. They put me on hold several times. I waited on the line for about 10 minutes while they talked amongst themselves, trying to work out the schedule. When they got back on, they said could still do the original time scheduled the next day.The next day, they were a no call, no show. When we called to find out where they were, they said they never had us on the books with an appointment in the first place. Ridiculous.I called and asked for our case to be escalated to a supervisor. I was told we'd get a call back. I also emailed them. To this day, not a word. I recognize that they're probably dealing with a combination of a short labor force and a lack of good processes due to both a labor shortage and rapid growth. Either way, they've lost this customer for life and I won't ever recommend them. All they needed to do was reach out to apologize and try to make things right. They've not bothered to do so.

They never called me back

I made the mistake of attempting too much plumbing on my own, and couldn't finish a bathroom remodel without help. One call to Marcus @ Befort Plumbing took care of my incompetence, and he made time the next day to sort out my mess and connected all the pipes to a new vanity. My hot water heater sprung a leak on Easter morning. I called Rob at 8:15 on Monday...he was at my house in a hour and had a new hot water heater in by noon. He also installed a kitchen faucet that I was having problems doing myself. The price was great, service was excellent. I highly recommend Lukenbuilt for any of your plumbing needs.

Craig did a great job getting my floor drain cleaned out. He was helpful in guiding me toward regular maintenance to perform and informed of products and services to maintain the drain.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. My reasoning for the 1 star reduction explained below. Bottom line, would I recommend them? Yes. Would I use them again? Yes. No complaints with the quality of the work, the crew, or the price. I had to have the main sewer line under my house and in the front yard replaced. This happened three days before Christmas and cost me just under 20k. They worked quickly and efficiently, and offered me a line of credit with Wells Fargo with zero interest for a year. The caveat here is regarding timing and schedule. There were two occasions in which I was told they were going to be there in the morning. The first time they were to be there around 8-9 am but didn't show up. After 10:15 or so, I texted the supervisor assigned to my job and he told he was on his way and would be there in about 35 minutes. Which he was. The next day, I was told they would be back in the morning, but no specific time was given. At 11:15 I texted the supervisor and was told they got stuck at another job and would be there in the afternoon 2-4 time frame. So here is the issue from my perspective - if you have to take time off of work, use vacation days or personal time it is very inconvenient to expect them at 9 am or so, and then be told they're not coming until 2-4. That's half-a-day of work, or 4 to 6 hours less vacation time that needs to be used. For me it wasn't too much of an issue - financially speaking. But for someone who lives paycheck to paycheck, and can't afford to lose those wages it is a very big deal! I suspect they, like so many other companies have way more work than they can handle due to the increasing population in the Denver area, and over extend themselves. I'm a pretty reasonable person, and I get that emergencies come up...but as I write this we are days away from 2020 and just about everybody has a cell phone. A text message or a phone call is not too much to ask for. If you find yourself in need of major plumbing or sewer line work, I have no reservations about recommending them. That said, be very clear with your timeline, your schedule requirements, let them know if you need to leave at a certain time to pick up kids etc. And, ask them when they are returning (if it is a multiple day project) and hold them to the time frame they've given you. I may be old school, but my view is I'm paying them, they're working for me, as such the customer and the customer's schedule needs to be taken into consideration as much as possible. Again, the work was done well, the crew was friendly and respectful, and the price was competitive.

Vincent was on site within an hour of calling. We had a main line clog and he was able to get it taken care of very quickly. He was very informative as well!

Terrible service. My garbage disposal is not running correctly but Mikhail , serviceman from this company, said it is just getting old and he didn't do anything about it. Home warranty didn't pay for fixing my garbage disposal like they suppose to do because this guy didn't want to do his job. Please be careful with this company.

When a water line to the parsonage swamp cooler sprung a leak, I called Wayne at Broken Pipe Plumbing and was immediately surprised that he answered promptly, listened to my problem, and made an appointment. We had an older shower system in our mobile home and couldn't find many places that would even service it. Our technician Sean was able to custom fit a new faucet of our choice in place. He is super fast and did a fantastic job. We will be calling you guys if we need service for anything else!
