Knowledgeable help and quality product at reasonable prices. Mike F replace our water heater & service our furnace. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and very helpful. It was a delight to have him walk us through different settings and adjust as we could make an ongoing basis once he was done with his installation.

Called to set up an appointment and the woman on the phone was extremely rude, unhelpful, and not interested in answering my questions. I was excited to work with Brothers but will not be using them.

I submitted a request form on their website to get a quote last week. I got a very sketchy email response that said I needed to deposit $1000 immediately before they could give me a quote. Do NOT respond to this email if you get it; this company does not ask for a deposit for a quote. The owner called me (after I posted the original review) and they are looking into the issue. I appreciated the immediate response and was able to get scheduled for an estimate soon.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

We worked with Ruben at Flowrite plumbing to get a new hot water heater installed. They were prompt in getting us taken care of and extremely courteous. They are our new go to plumber.

I have used Sharon twice now in the last two months. I first used him on a burst water spigot on a rental property. He came out within 90 minutes on a Sunday morning and had the spigot replaced (and a shut-off valve installed) within a very short time. He was able to work around the water remediation team and we had the water back on for the tenant within a short time.

I was so impressed with his service, professionalism, and responsiveness, that I called him when I had an issue with the kitchen drainage pipe in my own home that was backing up, but on a sporadic basis. I had had one of the big outfits out twice and they had not been able to resolve the issue and kept trying to sell me services I didn't need. I had Sharon come over to check out the issue, but we were unable to recreate the issue when he was here. He didn't charge me for the visit and told me to call him the next time it acted up. A week later the problem came back. He came right out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He didn't try to upsell me and charged a very reasonable price.

I highly recommend Sharon and Golden Hands Plumbing. He's fair, honest, knowledgeable, and a good guy.

Our plumbing began to back up over the memorial day weekend and I was worried that with the holiday weekend nobody would be available. JR came out right away and was very professional. He walked me through everything and when he could not solve the problem he got his supervisor Kory out to help us that night. Long story short, we ended up needing to replace or entire sewer line from the house to the main line. Kory and his team did a great job and got us back to normal in a couple days. They even fixed a leaky sink we had for free because of the extensive work on the sewer line. Kory and JR did an amazing job and really got us through a bad plumbing spot.

LT Plumbing recently completed work for me on one of my new builds in Corey Merrill, and they did an outstanding job. Balkan Plumbing did a FANTASTIC job replacing our old water heater. Not only were they the best price by far (seriously, other companies were selling the same water heater for hundreds more) but they were very professional and had the whole job completed in under 2 hours. Definitely would use them again!

I called Drains R Us as I saw water in the floor drain in the basement mechanical room by the furnace and hot water heater. I figured that standing water was a sign of a blockage and that the line would need to be snaked. Arch, the owner, called on his way out and informed me from what I was saying it did not seem like the drain needed to be cleaned out and in fact had a pea trap to keep sewer gases from entering my home through the drain. He walked me though how to test his theory by pouring water down the drain and seeing if the water level returned to the same spot. Sure enough it did! Arch saved me the expense of having him come out. I will call him on any future pluming issues! Thanks for the great service!
