Best Emergency Sump Pump in Aurora CO

I had some corroded copper pipes after moving into a house with a really old water heater. After we replaced the water heater last spring, John suggested next on the list is that they put in a Halo filtration system, replace my non-working sump pump, and repair any areas where there were signs of corrosion. The system works great and I can rest easy that the pipes have been inspected and repaired. Thanks John!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Lucas and High 5 Plumbing were. On short notice and in an emergency situation, they were super responsive, super professional and absolutely stunned my wife and I. They came out and diagnosed our problem and had it fixed within an hour. We had solicited other companies that had given us worst case scenarios and were less than helpful. High 5 Plumbing and Lucas, specifically, defied those expectations and got us running again. Truly an incredible company and amazing service.

I called them because my furnace went out early afternoon. I had come home early from work because my wife and I had a meeting later that evening. My parents were coming over to watch our two 9 month old twins and there was no way I could leave the house cold all night until I could get to home depot the next day to make the repair. The thermocouple on our boiler seems to need to be replaced every one or two years but it is a ten dollar part and a 30 minute repair that I have done myself. Bell came over and spent 30 minutes on the repair and $10 on the part and then handed my parents a bill for $600! I work in the construction and real estate industry and I understand that plumbers are highly skilled and their labor is expensive, but there is now way to justify this bill! Having a furnace go out in the winter is a life and safety issue, and they should not take advantage and price gouge customers that don't have a choice to wait until the next day to make the repair. I called the company and emailed them wanting to speak to the owner about the pricing, as I was hoping to discuss the issue rather than resorting to writing a negative public review. It has now been 2 weeks since I have asked to discuss the bill and there has been no response. Save yourself and your money, you will most likely be better off calling anyone but Bell. Judging from the other reviews, mine was not an isolated experience and they obviously don't care to discuss problems with customers once they have their money.

Michael Bitton is the most professional plumber I have had the pleasure to work with in the Denver area. I have been managing rental properties for many years and used over a half-dozen different services, but my first call from now on will be to Michael. Michael came out the same day I called for a broken heater a few days ago. He was knowledgeable, personable, found the problem quickly and got it working again. Michael returned again the next afternoon to do maintenance checks on our two furnaces, which was done efficiently. He explained everything he was doing, talked about prices for services needed and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left (both visits)~ which we are very satisfied! I will be calling Quality First and asking specifically for Michael in the future! Also, Emily in Customer Service is really great, too!

This is one the most professional service calls I've ever had. I had a pump go out in my furnace and they were able to come out emergently and fix it quickly and inexpensively. They cleaned up after themselves, were super polite and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them!
