Best Drain Line Camera Inspection in Aurora CO

Hired King to scope my home's sewer line after a home inspector recommended I have it scoped annually when I purchased it a year ago. The previous owner hired King to reline the sewer line before I purchased the home.

Al, the service provider, was super friendly and professional—I wish all people I hire could be the same way. He explained what we were looking at and helpfully recommended steps to take to avoid potential problems in the future.

The people who answer the phones to schedule visits, and who call when the technician is on their way, are also very friendly too.

Also, I live in Idaho Springs, and many of the plumbing companies I called wouldn't even come up here from Denver, or charged a hefty travel fee.

Was very nice and explained what he did and gave me good recommendations.

Matt did a great job repairing the drain lines under the kitchen sink so the water now drains out correctly.

We found Flow-Rite through homeadvisor and have used them for years because they're genuine, kind, honest people and have always given us a great price for fantastic work. They deserve more than they charge for their integrity alone! Ruben (the owner) is always available and quick to help--even when we had a leaky ceiling in the early hours of the morning. Rob has taken care of us several times when we've needed drain cleaning--and has taught us how to take care of our drains to avoid future clogs (don't use powdered dishsoap with our hard water bc it causes buildup, and use green gobbler in our kitchen about every 6 months-1year to keep things flowing). He's educating us out of a job, haha! Ruben personally took the time to chat with me and give me his honest advice when we needed a water heater. He gave me the best estimate out of two other companies, answered all of my questions, answered some that I didn't even know to ask, and even a great Cuban restaurant recommendation! Eddie and Juan replaced my water heater in an hour and were super sweet. Eddie even saved me $20 on a drain when he pointed out how unlikely it was that we would need it with the drain inches away from the heater. It's one thing to find a solid company that does great work, and another to find good people that you can trust--and I believe I've found both at Flow-Rite!

I'm particular about the companies I call to do work for me. I would never hesitate to call Igor. He came in a very timely manner, worked hard and went above and beyond to make sure the problem I had was taken care of. Honest, hard working, timely.

15/10 would call again. Lance from Professional Plumbers came by to fix my kitchen drain that had back flows. He was professional and provided great service snaking and jetting for a reasonable price.

We mistakenly left our hose attached over the winter and learned an expensive lesson, our lawn faucet cracked and of course, left a mess in the basement. We called A Better plumber on a Saturday evening and Kyle was able to come out that night, assesses everything and even told us our pump sump was installed incorrectly. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us a few options in terms of getting things fixed/replaced, and was able to get everything replaced within a couple of days. Anywhere Rooter completed a sewer line sleeve installation for my main line to the connection with the City Sewer. There was minimal disruption to my yard as they were able to work with a hole only 3’ X 5’. The cost was thousands less than if I had waited for a full failure of the old clay line. They were timely, completing the job in only 3 days and the sewer line was usable during most of that period. They added two ground level clean out access pipes which will allow for easy future line maintenance. By working close to my patio, they did not disturb my lawn sprinkler lines. I recommend Anywhere Rooter to anyone with plumbing issues. I will be using them for other planned plumbing upgrades.

I have used Sharon twice now in the last two months. I first used him on a burst water spigot on a rental property. He came out within 90 minutes on a Sunday morning and had the spigot replaced (and a shut-off valve installed) within a very short time. He was able to work around the water remediation team and we had the water back on for the tenant within a short time.

I was so impressed with his service, professionalism, and responsiveness, that I called him when I had an issue with the kitchen drainage pipe in my own home that was backing up, but on a sporadic basis. I had had one of the big outfits out twice and they had not been able to resolve the issue and kept trying to sell me services I didn't need. I had Sharon come over to check out the issue, but we were unable to recreate the issue when he was here. He didn't charge me for the visit and told me to call him the next time it acted up. A week later the problem came back. He came right out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He didn't try to upsell me and charged a very reasonable price.

I called and explained my issue. Was told that they could come out to look at my issue the next day. Asked if I would text my address - which I did immediately. I didn’t get a response. I sent another text the morning of scheduled work asking for an approximate time - never heard a peep.

We had a backed up sewer line. They were professional, friendly, courteous. It was expensive because of a weekend call, but they showed up timely, and worked quickly and efficiently.

Cody was great. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with me and explained the options for repair in detail. He went above and beyond the required service. I definitely recommend this company and will ask for Cody on my next request.

They do a very good job for a good price

Jay F. came out to my home and did an electrical inspection. He did an amazing job of both explaining his findings, and recommending solutions. One of the issues he identified was able to be fixed right on the spot! I thought I’d have to set another appointment. Overall I’m extremely pleased with the service I was provided and the information I was given! I fully intend to use this company in the future, and to request Jay for my electrical services.

Our technician (Luis U.) was great. He was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. He took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns and fixed the plumbing issue.

Hands down recommend! Extremely professional and affordable! I had a botched job done by another company and needed it repaired asap. Jim came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and after ordering a few parts I have a working shower! If I ever need plumbing services again, I’m calling them! Wonderful and highly recommend!
