And wow, was Todd sweeeeeeet! Not only did he fix the issue in an extremely timely manner, but he was professional, personal and perfect for the job! I have always remained suspect of the large plumbing companies, and Todd has changed my perspective! If anyone asks me if I have a good plumber, I will enthusiastically respond yes! We found Flow-Rite through homeadvisor and have used them for years because they're genuine, kind, honest people and have always given us a great price for fantastic work. They deserve more than they charge for their integrity alone! Ruben (the owner) is always available and quick to help--even when we had a leaky ceiling in the early hours of the morning. Rob has taken care of us several times when we've needed drain cleaning--and has taught us how to take care of our drains to avoid future clogs (don't use powdered dishsoap with our hard water bc it causes buildup, and use green gobbler in our kitchen about every 6 months-1year to keep things flowing). He's educating us out of a job, haha! Ruben personally took the time to chat with me and give me his honest advice when we needed a water heater. He gave me the best estimate out of two other companies, answered all of my questions, answered some that I didn't even know to ask, and even a great Cuban restaurant recommendation! Eddie and Juan replaced my water heater in an hour and were super sweet. Eddie even saved me $20 on a drain when he pointed out how unlikely it was that we would need it with the drain inches away from the heater. It's one thing to find a solid company that does great work, and another to find good people that you can trust--and I believe I've found both at Flow-Rite!

Contacted Hyper Flow based on YELP ratings. They delivered! The first appointment they had available was the next evening, but, they surprised me with a slot after a cancellation earlier in the next day. Jake arrived and got to work. Cleared my clog in my old house and gave me details about what may need to happen in the future, along with a quote for that work. Communication was on point and Jake was terrific. Price was in line and no attempt to push extra services. LOVE THEM. 10 out of 10, will use again!

Professional Plumbers have responded to 3-4 urgent plumbing leaks in about two week's time for properties I manage and they've been able to respond within hours where others were scheduling a few to several days out. Impressive!

After having a horrible experience with another Home Advisor recommended Plumber, I contacted A Better Plumber for an estimate. I was contacted immediately to setup an appointment. The Tech that came out Liberty was awesome, and he had outstanding customer service skills. He looked at my drain pipe and explained my issue in simple terms and how this issue should be resolved. The price he quoted me was within the price my plumber I usually use had told me I should pay for this work. He works full time and didn't have time to perform this work. In the future when my plumber isn't available, I plan to call A Better Plumber for my future plumbing issues. I will also recommend Liberty and this company to friends and family. Great job Liberty!! My line was clogging up on me and my family, and so I call another plumbing company, and they said they couldn't do anything ,then I called anywhere rooted and they showed up within 2 hours and got the clog out and they said that I needed to get it lined so I did, they did a great job and , I haven't had anymore problems would hire again.

He replaced my outside faucet and worked on two other faucets. Excellent service and good pricing. I will definitely use him again. Highly recommend.

I made a call about a leaking pipe in my kitchen and got a call right away. Great communication. The repair was fast. I even asked about an issue I was having with my sprinkler system shut off valve and they got on that right away. It is nice to know you can have a local plumber you can trust. Competitive prices also. Will use these guys again if needed.

Jimmy came out today and did an excellent job fixing our shower fixture problem! He discovered something that no other plumber has ever pointed out - that our entire house was using street pressure psi without any pressure regulator. He added a variable pressure regulator to our main water line which should help with our continual plumbing issues.
