So impressed with all things High 5 Plumbing from first to last exchange. I called this morning at 8 for a second opinion on a repair that Applewood Plumbing had recommended (after not being able to resolve my issue in 2 service calls over 3 weeks). They were able to accommodate my request immediately and Caleb Koff arrived at my home 2.5 hours later, within my window of availability. Caleb was highly professional, personable, engendered a high degree of confidence and best of all, was able to fully and competently complete the repair in 1.5 hours. Applewood told me they would be unable to satisfy the job without cutting a hole in my wall in order to access the plumbing issue and couldn't move forward without doing so. High 5's Caleb, assessed the issue, made the repair leaving an extremely satisfied new customer - all without a hole in my wall! I have joined the High 5 membership club and will loyally use only this team going forward for all my plumbing needs. Applewood has lost this customer. Kudos to High 5, you all have a new fan!

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

We were unfortunate to have a leak in our water service line in our new build home just a few years after we purchased it.

We received estimates from other businesses that included extraneous costs related to flagging crews to direct traffic around machinery, jackhammers in our home, and other nonsense. Michael and his crew at Professional Plumbers Denver came in and even their worst case scenario estimate would have been less disruptive to my family and my neighbors.

The work crew that came in were professional, courteous, and efficient. The disruptions from the work done were minimal to my family and to my neighbors. No machinery blocking traffic, no busted up sidewalk, and no jackhammers in my living room.

I cannot recommend this company enough, as the rating system only allows for 5 stars. If you find yourself I a situation like I did, do yourself a favor and get ahold of Professional Plumbers Denver.

Kris is amazing. It seems we still have honest plumbers in this world! Kris installed my new water heater, toilets, wax rings and flanges. All of it was done professionally. He answered all the questions I had thoroughly and made sure I was entirely satisfied with his services. I would definitely recommend Kris to anyone looking for an excellent plumber.

I was able to use their Services 2 times in one month.

First, I had a drip leak from our Pressure Regulating Valve attached to our main water line in our basement. Luther was able to come out and fix this within an hour once he had the right parts. Since then that issue has been resolved and the water pressure in the home remained at an ideal level.

Second, the drainage PVC from our 2nd floor bathroom sink began having a drip leak, enough to have a small area of the drywall and pain bubble. Luther was able to come in within 24 hours of contacting him and fixing this issue with 2 hours.

I would recommend his services to anyone. Thus far he is 2 for 2 in leaks in my home.

And he was amazing!
My husband and I have been experiencing what we believed was a leak in the wall. The reason why we believed that was because we would hear it through the wall when we would use to upstairs bathroom. When explaining this to Leon over the phone he was so understanding and asking all the right questions to making sure what it was that we needed.
He was able to explain to me what was happening and luckily we saved money. If we were to have gone to another plumber they would of just cut a piece out of our wall to see what the problem was just to get the same response from Leon, thank you Leon for your experiences.

Higher dedication to customer service and doing the job right than I've EVER SEEN from anyone in ANY INDUSTRY. Will need to go into details here later..

Guy was very knowledgable

Called a plumber to fix garbage disposal/ blockage. The plumber wasn’t able to fix the issue and recommend Roto-Rooter.Roto-Rooter came in was incredibly diligent in finding the issue and clearing the blockage. Josh H. was professional and polite. Josh H. had a trainee with him, Brandon C., Josh walked through the processes, tips and tricks, and gave room for Brandon to try on his own. It was a more difficult blockage and Josh H. was able to fix it. Thank you!

To The T is a great family owned business. We live in Reunion (Commerce City) and I trust Nate and he is always honest and upfront and that is a hard thing to come by these days. I refer people his way frequently and will continue to do so. If you want fair and honest work done give these guys a call!!!

We are still waiting on Plumbline to return to our home to fix the plumbing issue that they actually made worse on their first trip to our home. They caused flooding in our basement. We now have a restoration company cleaning up the mess, but Plumbline has yet to return with an experienced plumber to fix the issue.

I have been using this company for over 20 years, for my office and my home. And now my boss uses them for his home and his children's homes as well. They are fast, reliable, honest and less expensive than all other companies I've used.

Don't even bother calling anyone else. You will love Errol!
