Found a leak, by luck, in our crawlspace that was present for.....who knows how long. High 5 Plumbing was the second business that I called, have previously used AAA, and they were available to come out the same day. Being a first time customer, they had amazing customer service and were very willing to work around my hectic day....I was hosting a baby shower that afternoon. Lucas was given our service call and showed up at the right time, willing to work around some loud baby celebrating women. Very professional and wiling to be upfront, honest and understanding. Talked me through the process, and gave estimates for multiple ways to approach the situation. I was very pleased to have had him work with me to fix the problem. THANKS LUCAS!!

Very professional workmanship and communication. My sewer line needed to be replaced from the basement floor drain to the street. Very long difficult process to deal with but this company helped me get my home back as quickly as possible and did a great job doing so.

Leon was able to visit and provide an estimate within an hour of my phone call, and was able to come back the next day and perform the water heater replacement. Nobody plans ahead for their water heater to go out, so his fast response and professional work was greatly appreciated. We were very happy to support a small business and satisfied with the work done!

This company is phenomenal they sent a master plumber who was prompt, professional and even took the time to explain why and what needed to be done to correct the issue and bring it up to code.

Had a very serious problem with my 4 year old water heater. Nate and Megan came out quickly to diagnose it, dealt with awful Rheem to get a replacement unit, then installed it a day earlier than expected. Nate is knowledgeable, they’re both professional, considerate, great people. They will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend them!

I'm circling back here to re-endorse and refresh my 5 star review. As luck would have have it, my project turned out to be complicated requiring some parts of it be redone. And due to crazy amounts of rain, it was challenging to diagnose. At every step, JN Plumbing has been patient, coming back for repeated visits and agreeing to redo whatever needs to be redone to do right by me and ensure the quality of their work. They are honoring their warranty to redo what needs to be redone with zero hassle. Home ownership and dealing with contractors as a single woman can be really hard, I appreciate working with a team that is responsive and ethical, and treats me fairly and with respect. I'm not sure where to start. I did a complete bathroom remodel being my own general contractor. I was pretty clueless, but I did due diligence getting estimates and asking questions. I immediately knew NextGen plumbing was the right choice. From start to finish, Marc and Alex showed up when they said they would, and even times I didn't realize I would need them, they came over late and stayed and completed disconnecting work so my tiler could keep going the next day. The work included plumbing for new sinks, shower, tub install and tub faucet. There's nothing plumbing related they can't do!! I felt totally comfortable with them in my house even if I wasn't home. Marc explained everything, usually more than once cuz I'm a little slow ;).
My new drop in tub is perfect, no soft spots when you step in. All the new faucets work great! I bothered him several times asking if particular faucets that I wanted would work. He patiently answered all of my questions that I texted him. They worked with my crazy schedule of all the different services that relied on each other before something else could be completed. I knew I could count on them! They had to come over several different times because of it, and he didn't charge me more because of that. Wow! Truly a master plumber and also so kind! I'm so happy I have finally found a good plumber (living here for 25 years) that I know I can call if ever I have plumbing problems. And super cool they work on gas fireplaces, i didn't even know that! I'd recommend them to anyone! 10 stars!!
