Best Burst Pipe in Aurora CO

A high 5 to High 5 Plumbing for coming to our rescue on a Friday night. We had a serious water leak coming from the dishwasher which had been leaking unknown to us for several weeks. Matthew Miller from High 5 Plumbing diagnosed the problem and saw that we did not have a PRV (pressure relief valve) installed on our main water inlet causing very high water pressure which can affect pipes and appliances. The pressure needs to be below 80 and ours was over 100, a common issue in Denver.This can lead to problems with dishwashers, washing machines, water heaters, etc. The repair took a while, but Matthew stayed until the job was completed. He came back the next day to adjust the pressure and fixed a couple of toilet problems, too.!

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

They were able to come same-day, the technician they sent was kind and professional, he got our problem resolved quickly, and he left the space cleaner than it was when he got there. Would recommend.

My husband and I have been experiencing what we believed was a leak in the wall. The reason why we believed that was because we would hear it through the wall when we would use to upstairs bathroom. When explaining this to Leon over the phone he was so understanding and asking all the right questions to making sure what it was that we needed.
He was able to explain to me what was happening and luckily we saved money. If we were to have gone to another plumber they would of just cut a piece out of our wall to see what the problem was just to get the same response from Leon, thank you Leon for your experiences.

Sharone did a great job diagnosing and fixing a badly clogged toilet in Denver. He had to do quite a bit of work and different techniques to get it fixed. He is definitely a master plumber!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I was referred to them through a home warranty company. While the warranty company was a total pain to work with, To The T stuck it out with me. I am SO grateful! After everything got worked out with the warranty company ,To The T made the arrangements (quickly) to get my water heater installed. They showed up early and were done much quicker than I thought they would be. I was very, very happy with their service. I will not hesitate to call them again in the future if I need to and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Ben was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond in explaining it all to me and breaking it all down! You can really tell he cares about his job! Very knowledgeable and offered multiple options to resolve our HVAC problem. His pros and cons of each helped us decide and he worked quickly to implement. I will ask for Zach in the future!6/17/21 - Curt installed 3 remote-controlled ceiling fans for us today. 1 fan was a replacement, but the other 2 required accessing our attic and adding the proper fixtures and electrical tie-in for operation. He did this on a 97 degree afternoon and did so without complaints. He also took the time to adjust the 3 remotes to work independently with their matched fan. He was thorough, communicating throughout the process, and left the work area spotless. He also offered some advice on an outlet by our outdoor pond and we will request Curt to complete that change. Very, very pleased with his work, experience, ideas and communication! He represents Plumbline extremely well.

I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Errol explained to me why I was having the plumbing problems and shared with me how he would need to resolve. His price came in far lower that other quotes I had received. I have hired him for another project that will be started in the next couple of weeks and have already refereed him to a co-worker. Kris was amazingly professional and got two jobs done that we needed last-minute (same-day service). He was even willing to run to the store to pick up our new faucet.
