Best Bathtub Drain in Aurora CO

I called to ask about a sewer line inspection. The person answering the phone says I need to ask my supervisor, can I put you on hold? I said yes.

I was on hold for 45 minutes...all the while the automated system saying you're next in line. At the 45 minute mark, they hang up on me. What??? I waited all that time and you hang up?

Obviously these folks don't want or need any new business. Don't waste your time trying to call them.

I had a problem with my Water Heater tonight. Cole5492 was my Service Technician this evening. He was very polite, took my concerns in consideration and never hesitated to answer any of the questions I had. He was early and went straight to helping me with my problem, no messing around or wasteing any time. He was great, knowledgeable on his craft and resolved it fast and with no problems.
