Started hearing a weird sound whenever I used the guest restroom so I went on a Facebook mom page and asked for recommendations. Got Bruce's contact and called him. He was polite and asked to hear the weird noise over the phone so he can figure out what might be wrong before he came. He even stopped by to grab the part he thinks we might need before coming to my house. He tried to fix the issue without needing to install a new pressure valve. In the end, we both agreed we definitely needed a new valve and I felt comfortable with the choice. He included me in the process and explained the problem very well. I did not feel pressured into spending the money needed. He was professional and fast. I definitely will save his contact information for next time and will highly recommend him in the future. They never called me back

Great experience all around. Friendly and helpful dispatcher, appointments available with very little wait. Jacob was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and and immediately got to work trying to find and clear a wash cloth that accidentally got flushed, to make sure our pipes were clear. He got us hooked up with up a quick appointment for a for a main drain scope, too. Friendly, extremely reasonable and quick service. Would recommend.

Always late never on time and not very reliable

Royalty Plumbing was recommended to us by a fella that does renovations and uses Royalty Plumbing for all his jobs. Leon has come to us twice, at a moment's notice, and fixed our minor little plumbing problems, stopped up toilet, slow drains, changing faucets, etc. He is always quick and thorough, and always professional. Royalty Plumbing (and Leon in particular) is our go to plumber, for large jobs or small.

We are finishing our basement and needed running water and drainage extended to the opposite side of the basement. Juan worked with us and our contractor to plan this out within our limited schedule. He was professional and patient.

The work was completed efficiently and on time. He took the time to explain everything we had questions about. We’re hoping to use him in the future to do other work in our home. A really nice young man.

My daddy is living with us now and the only bathroom he could use was backed up. I needed the toilet pulled and the sewer line unstopped quickly. The company I usually used was booked up until 4:00. Craig & Cole came within the hour and they were very professional. They did a great job and were very nice. Their clean up job was as good as I would have done myself! Thank you! The one complaint I have about the company as a corporation is that your prices are outrageous. The company I always use is a lot cheaper and do just as good of a job. I think your prices need to be reevaluated so that people like me (Average income) are able to use your great company! Thank you!

I called Plumbline for a second opinion/price quote. After explaining the situation, they gave me a straight quote right away. They scheduled to come the next day. While here, our tech explained everything very well, was willing to let me see what he was doing and didn’t mind my questions. I recommend Plumbline. They are great with their customers and are professional and were reasonably priced. Thank you so much Plumbline for your fast and efficient service!!! UPDATE to my earlier review. I continue to think these plumbers are the best in the biz. I've now had them out to our house three times, and they are always on-time, hard-working, good at explaining what's happening and have great prices. FIVE STARS! Love them! /// These guys are great. Ryan came on time, quickly diagnosed the issue in my bathroom, cleared the sink and answered all my questions well—at a totally affordable cost. He was very nice (and helpful and understanding when our crazy cat jumped into the crawl space, LOL!). Highly recommend this company; I'll be calling them again whenever we have a plumbing issue. Five stars!
