Excellent customer service and workmanship. He gave us the best price for replacing our hot water heater - showed up when he said he would - removed the old hot water heater and carried it off - installed new hot water heater - all in about 1 hour. They placed drop cloth runners to protect the floor all the way from the back door to the hot water heater. Left NO mess and went over everything with the new hot water heater. VERY courteous, professional, and efficient... PLUS, we live in Peyton and had plumber come out from the Springs who charged us a $65 trip charge... This company came from Aurora - and no trip charge. Quality work for an awesome price. This will be our go-to-guy for plumbing service from now on!

They came out late last year to fix our leaky spigot and figured out the water pressure was too high on the meter coming in from the city. They configured a horizontal piping configuration to control it.Fast forward to a cold snap from winter and our spigot was leaking again. Beau made it the same day we called and replaced the faucet and the pipe back to the shut off valve. He explained everything and had us back to normal in no time. Great customer service! I appreciate knowing the cost up front too!

I live in Littleton and was referred to this company by someone else. I called first thing Monday morning after my water heater began leaking over the weekend. I told her about my leak and that I already reached out to the water heater manufacturer and confirmed that the water heater would likely need to be replaced and was still covered under warranty for the leak. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and told me that the soonest opening would be on Tuesday but that she would see if someone could come over if they finished another job early. She took down my address and phone number. She called me back later Monday afternoon to say that nobody was able to finish early so she scheduled an appointment for 8:30-9:30 Tuesday morning. Well at 8:30 on Tuesday I get a call from Kevin who says: I'm not coming to your house because I only service the area of Parker and I don't go that far. I made it very clear where I lived when I first called and even gave my address and nobody told me that it would be a problem for him to come to my house. He didn't care at all that I was going on day 2 with no hot water. He also admitted that he didn't want to do the job because it was warranty work which requires him to buy the water heater and then wait as long as a month to be reimbursed by the manufacturer and it wasn't worth his time to come all the way out to my house for that type of job. I would just like to warn anyone of my experience as there are many other good plumbing companies available in the Denver area and I wouldn't trust someone who is more concerned about cherrypicking the most lucrative plumbing jobs while abandoning those jobs that were already scheduled by his company, but may be less desirable work.

We were served by Tanner Miller, who did an above and beyond job! We had 3 leaks in our shower, and he tenaciously fixed all three. Extremely impressed by roto-rooter, and even more impressed by Tanner Miller.

When another company quoted me $9000+ for a new tank water heater install, I immediately called these guys for a second opinion.

Without even asking for a dime, they gave me much more reasonable quote of 3,000$ for install, the added code required expansion tank, and a 10 year warranty. They were at my house in under an hour to do a walk through, and did the below work the next day in under 2 hours.

When they were working, they identified a 2 broken pipes that the 9000$+ gentleman didn't even see, and fixed those. They also blew out my sprinkler system for the year, advised me on how to use it as a new home owner, and answered the slew of questions I had about everything + they gave tips on other pieces of the plumbing in my house.

At the end of it all, when I tried to tip them, they absolutely refused, saying they didn't need it and that they pride themselves on sticking to the quoted price.

They were fast, genuine, and honest about their work. Overall, can say they did a stellar job, and I will be using their services again.

Cody was great! He was so helpful and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He was very nice and took time to check out the things that I may have to address in the future as well as my initial concern. He was very transparent with all of the costs and made sure I understood everything before he even asked me to sign. I could tell by the way he spoke of the company, he was very proud to be a part of it. He wasn't pushy like a lot of people I've had to deal with in the past. I was very grateful for that! Decided to replace my kitchen sink, This was the right company for the job I wanted to give a shout out to Mark. Mark is the owners son and has been in the business since 89 . Louis did a GREAT JOB in 100% renovating my entire basement bathroom! My house is a 70's built home and unfortunately between settling and 70's style craftsmanship, well, a lot of my walls are crooked. I'll tell you this much, but by Louis carefully balancing between measurements and compromising for general appearances, well, you can't tell that everything is crooked after he got done!!! We had him put in a jetter tub that works GREAT, all new wall and floor tiles, a new vanity and faucets of which because of the time and care spent, nothing leaks and everything works RIGHT!!! My wife even called him out after the project was done to tune the bathroom tub to dispense hotter water and Louis was prompt to make the adjustment and didn't bill us further!!!! We would recommend One Stop Plumbing and Drains to anyone out there.

With an older house & a sewer line that gets tree roots, we need our main line cleaned a few times a year & we always use Jimmy Rooter. Used them for years now. They are consistently good.

They guarantee their work, which is nice for peace of mind. But, because they always do it right the first time, we’ve never had to put that guarantee to use.

They are a small family run business & it’s nice to support a local company.

James was able to meet my schedule and was right on time. He was able to complete the job on budget and with time to spare even though it was more extensive than expected. Although a new part could have been requested, he made the old one work just fine. He also noticed a leak in the basement and fixed it without extra charge. I will call Green Plumbing for future plumbing needs without hesitation.
