Louis did a GREAT JOB in 100% renovating my entire basement bathroom! My house is a 70's built home and unfortunately between settling and 70's style craftsmanship, well, a lot of my walls are crooked. I'll tell you this much, but by Louis carefully balancing between measurements and compromising for general appearances, well, you can't tell that everything is crooked after he got done!!! We had him put in a jetter tub that works GREAT, all new wall and floor tiles, a new vanity and faucets of which because of the time and care spent, nothing leaks and everything works RIGHT!!! My wife even called him out after the project was done to tune the bathroom tub to dispense hotter water and Louis was prompt to make the adjustment and didn't bill us further!!!! We would recommend One Stop Plumbing and Drains to anyone out there.

Louis was very personable, polite, and just overall an awesome person and plumber. Very reasonable pricing and got my issue fixed in a hurry. SEVERE CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING AFTER WORK FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE.
Louis performed a heater inspection and cleared the heater for use. We then proceeded to get carbon monoxide poisoning the first night in the home (confusion, nausea, headaches, chest pain, severe drowsiness).
Gas Emergency crew from Excel inspected the heater, placed a hazard tag on it, and told us the carbon monoxide were at lethal levels and shut off our gas.
When we contacted Louis to fix his mistake, he was extremely rude, raised his voice at us, and told us he would try to come fix the issue when he had a chance (mind you we had no heat in the middle of winter). When he arrived, 20 hours after we called him, he reportedly fixed it.
As we did not trust him, we had Excel come check the heater again. They placed a yellow tag on it, stating that we could have a potentially lethal leak at any moment and that the workmanship was the worst they had ever seen.
Louis is a dangerous person to allow to enter your home or business. His workmanship puts people's lives at risk and greatly damaged our own health.
