Best Any Plumber Repair in Aurora CO

Received excellent service today! I was able to schedule online and had a representative from the company follow up with a phone call to confirm the appointment. I also received a call and a text message when the tech was on his way and a call after he left to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Daniel, the service tech, was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Friend used him, he did an excellent job for us, highly recommended!

We had a burst pipe in the crawl space of our basement. Small space, couldn't turn off the water to the house, extremely limited access to the pipe to fix. Mark came in and within an hour and a half had replaced the main shut off valve, repaired the pipe, and really saved the day. Very professional, very quick, reasonable prices. Would highly recommend!

Dave has done an excellent job solving my issue with a plugged toilet. He was very good at problem solving. I learned that dental floss in the toilet is definitely a no no! I really appreciate Dave's expertise and willingness to help solve my problem! Thank you ROOTER TOWN!

There are multiple levels of performance. To make sure I adequately describe my experience with Reigan. I'm not sure exceptional is enough. ARS is blessed to have Reigan as an employee. He is not only good at inter-personal relationships but is very good at what he does. I would be happy to have him into my home again should I ever need service from ARS again. Oh my word John Napolitan actually answered the phone on Friday, December 21, 2019 at 11:30 am which was Christmas weekend. I had a plumbing problem and his assistant, Joey, who by the way, is a magician came THAT AFTERNOON and fixed three plumbing problems and still just charged me the service call! I am recommending this company for all my issues! Thank you, John and most especially THANK YOU JOEY!!!!

If you're in bind, call roto-rooter! Cause nothing's worse than a clogged sewer line! Seriously, its the worst. They came, the fixed it, they were kind, the dispatcher checked in with me occasionally... The only reason it's 4, not 5 is just because it took a long time to get someone to us. That was because I think they had a high volume of calls and I will say, they kept us in the loop and we were willing to wait til the next day, and even then it was late but in the end, thank goodness, they fixed the problem. My other 4 star reason is it cost more than I though it would, but they took a coupon which helped. They are really nice people and they're doing the job that many people want to do, I totally recommend them and would use them again if needed!
