Andon just installed a new water heater for us. We were originally using another big box contractor but they brought the wrong unit and had to reschedule. Because of the big box contractor's mistake, I called around to see who could do it sooner than them and at a competitive price. Euro Plumbing really came through for us!

I talked to many local contractors today and can say without a doubt that the folks at Euro are friendly, honest, and well-priced.

Had a leak in my expansion tank. Called first thing in the morning and they got me in for the first appointment of the day. Dylan had it diagnosed and repaired in under an hour.

We scheduled an appointment the night prior on line and high 5 was super responsive and communicative through out the process. Jason showed up within the time window after we received a message with a link to his actual location. Jason was super friendly and helpful in providing options and different services we could do to fix the issue. Though the price felt a bit high I don’t have much of a baseline to compare it to. The work was finished quickly and everything was cleaned up. And of course we got a high five at the end!

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Kris was responsive and fixed a water heater in a townhome I’m selling. Unlike other plumbers he took the time to explain the potential issues and fixed the part that was broken. In the past I’ve had other plumbers upsell or pressure based on my lack of knowledge.

I had a very bad clog on my kitchen sink. I don’t have much knowledge with plumbing stuff, and was at least smart enough to know that I needed help. I called and spoke with Sharone and he gave me a good time for his services. He showed up when he told me. He was professional courteous and got the job done. He also observed that I needed other smaller items fixed that would potentially cause me trouble later. I contacted Marc via Thumbtack and he responded quickly and was able to get to us the same day. He quoted us the same price as another small business who said they were the cheapest I would find. Plumbing work is never cheap, but I feel it was a very fair, competitive price. Marc was very knowledgeable and professional, and I would highly recommend him.
