This company has predatory pricing for its work. Perhaps if it's an emergency you can pay the astronomical prices but personally I liked to be kissed first before I am ******. I paid the trip charge and walked away.

I got to work with Michael and he was great! He was very friendly and considerate. He helped fix a leaky washing machine hose the same day that I called him when no other plumbing companies were available. I will absolutely be calling them for my next plumbing issue!

Kris and crew are the best folks you could hope to work with. We had two separate issues over 6 months and he got back to us within an hour with an arrival time, found and repaired all issues, and made working with insurance easy and efficient. I called this morning because we had a clog, Russell came over with in a short amount of time and fixed it and got us back to normal. He was extremely polite, nice and very professional. He took his time to explain to me what he needed to do and got it done :) I hope I don't have any more plumbing problems but if I do I'll call a better plumber and ask for Russell every time! Very appreciative and very happy with the service he provided. Russell is awesome!

We woke up one morning with water dripping from our kitchen ceiling. C4 Plumbing was the only company to answer our calls and they were able to come to our house the same day. After assessing the situation and explaining the problem (a valve from our washing machine we were replacing upstairs), they didn’t even charge us for the visit. Mark was kind and professional the whole time. We will be calling them again, and would highly recommend this company!

Leon and his team knew what the issue was with my entire water system pipe including pipe out to the sprinklers .They were excellent professionals and described the cause, fix and their procedure . They fixed all the problems in the time they provided.They are very knowledgable and were patiently explained what each step was in the fix.

Scheduled appointment… no one ever called to reschedule or showed up. Unprofessional.

*Knock wood* We seem to be at at least a pausing point in all the work these guys need to do for this house, so I finally feel comfortable writing up a review.

We bought a house back in December that of course had way more work needed than we anticipated, and we've brought these guys out probably almost ten times at this point. They have:

-Fixed a variety of random leaks and brought some items up to code
-Replaced the water heater and brought that entire set up up to code
-Moved our laundry lines so that that would be up to code
-Repaired a drain line leak
-Replaced all of the ducting in our crawlspace following asbestos abatement work down there and did seasonal check-ups on our furnace and A/C while they were at it

They've been fantastic about all of it with fair prices and warrantied work (they've already been out to adjust the fix they made on the drain line leak). We've worked most with Jerry and Malcolm, and both of those guys have been amazing explaining everything that they were doing and the why, though everyone else that's been on site has been great as well.

Definitely use these guys if you have any plumbing/HVAC concerns.

Rooter Town replaced the sewer line at my house in Adams County a year ago. Within a year I had another blockage, but it turned out to be unrelated to the repairs they had done before. They were able to come out quickly, early within the window that Rachel had quoted on the phone, and Jon diagnosed the problem in less than ten minutes! Half an hour later, I was back to my day!
