Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

A mechanical engineer, Kyle knows his stuff. I wanted a heat pump water heater, and they accommodated my request. These are currently unusual and not the norm, though I think that is changing. They did a workmanlike job. I would so use Bell again. In fact, they replaced a crummy, brand new gas fire tankless that was so poorly installed by renovators, it oughta be illegal.

Had such a great experience with technicians Steven & Kodiak - they went above and beyond answering all my questions. So nice to have honest people that want to help you - would recommend their services 100%

Had a clogged T valve that needed to be replaced between units on the 8th floor of a high rise condominium. After he told me what was wrong with my AC I asked him to replace my AC because they could not repair it. He said he will ask his boss if he can find a new AC to replace mine that this repair man said they cannot repair. I ask him for an estimate of how much a new AC will cost & he said about &3,000 to $4,000. I told him I can afford to pay the price of a new AC.
He said his company will contact me as soon as possible re; replacing my AC.

Great and professional service! A couple weeks ago, we had an unfortunate slab leak in our kitchen caused by old copper pipes beneath our hardwood floors. Within two days, they sent someone out to look at the issue. Jerid was our plumbing tech and he was able to identify the leak pretty quickly, walking us through the diagnosis and our options. Then the actual repair began, which required an intense amount of manual labor (hardwood floor and concrete removal). It was two long days of hard work, but Jerid (and Gage, his assistant on day two) got it done efficiently and quickly, keeping my husband and I posted every step of the way. They took great care in getting the area back to normal and even disposed the leftover debris, sink and dishwasher (both of which were old ... it was not worth the re-installation effort). A repair of this magnitude is never easy to process, but they made the experience much less overwhelming. We would definitely use Jim Needham services again in the future!

Malcom found all the problems we'd had with our evaporative cooler (including a complete bird nest that he needed to clean out). He fixed everything so that it runs better than it ever has in the past. He took pictures of the work and informed me about things that will need attention in the future. He was very professional and friendly. We'll be calling him for future plumbing work!

Very friendly and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Any and all questions were answered. They were able to accommodate my time and repairs were done quickly! I will probably be looking to put in air conditioning to my house in the next year or so. I will definitely consider DONE to do that!!!....!!!
