Texas winter fiasco of 2021 and we had Joe with Plumbing 101 of DFW, rescue our renters from a water pipe that flooded the house. He scheduled us and fixed up the leak after-hours so the family could have running water. We are very grateful for his time and his professionalism. Other plumbers told us it would be a week or more before they could come out. Plumbing 101 of DFW provided us with up front service call, estimate and completed the job all within one day!

Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

AAA auger repaired my outside water leak at the shut off valve. Eric was very polite and did a great job. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is they were very busy and by the time they got out here the first plumber sent didn’t have enough daylight to do the job, so it was 2 days of the dispatcher calling to tell me they couldn’t come yet, I found that kind of annoying.

I moved into a new build home, rural, and the owner of this company plumbed and set up my water filter/softener system after testing the water to see exactly what I needed. He also did my connections for my outdoor patio gas grill. Very punctual, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

I was in a pinch when my water heater broke. I called up Texas Blessed Plumbing, and they had someone out to my house the next day. It turns out that this company is the best plumbing company I've ever worked with-they were professional, quick, clean, dependable...everything you could hope for from a service provider!

My house underwent a foundation lift and Blacktie did the plumbing work. Two years later I had an issue with my sewer line. I reached out to Blacktie and asked to speak with a manager. The manager listened to my issue and even though the warranty period had expired, he offered to help me resolve the problem. During the entire time he was always responsive in answering my questions. He got everything lined up to expedite repairs. It took a couple trips to make the final repairs and perform a leak test. Not only did they fix the problem but also analyzed the underlying cause and fixed that too. The techs were always courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained what they did. Whenever I called the main office, the scheduling and information teams were always very helpful and friendly. They returned calls promptly and made sure I was taken care of. In the end I felt that the price they charged was more than fair and I am a happy and relieved customer. Thank you Blacktie. Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.

Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.

Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

I have used this company 3x in 5 yrs and I will never use anyone else as long as they are in business. The owner Mr McFarland down to every worker onsite and in office have always been professional and friendly. I’ve never been pressured or lied to about work needed and pricing after many other quotes are fair and reasonable and they work with you. We called about a foundation leak in our home in Dallas. And this guys know what they are doing. They explained to us over the phone what kind of problem we were dealing with, and made sure we understood before the sent their team out.
First step was to locate it, from there they were able to give an accurate estimate on how much it would be for the repair. We were already sold by how professional and knowledgeable they had been so far, and so we had them do the repair, which was done the very next day! So far so good, but we feel comfortable with the result because they gave us a warranty on the work done. 100% they have my stamp of approval!
