We used these guys today, May 24, 2016 and were SUPER impressed. Only $85 for a service call! That was way cheaper than anyone else we found. They arrived before my husband was home, and I didn't feel uneasy or unsafe at all. Both were very professional and courteous.

Jorge has an engineering degree, just chose this line of work (reading between those lines = not getting paid for what he's worth) to be with his family more often. Great guy to talk to. Both guys were in and out in about 20 minutes. We had 3 issues and they were able to take care of everything.

I appreciated the thorough communication. He even asked that I send him a picture to ensure he had the right tools/materials before they arrived. I've never experienced that. He returned my phone call/voicemail the very next day (and I had called around night time the night before). He confirmed via text to be sure we were on the same page.

I will definitely use these guys again if I ever have a need. I highly recommend them to anyone.

James was our first and only call, he is awesome! We HAD a leaking tub drain & overflow pipe in one of the tightest areas between 2 floors and he knocked it out of the park. I am writing this review on behalf of my 97 year old mother who contacted AAA Auger to unstop her toilet. Every time someone would come out, it would work for a few months and then the problem would reoccur. We have paid over 1400.00 since August of this year. I have called at least three times within the last two weeks only to be told they are waiting on some parts and a technician would call me before the day ended. I’m still waiting to here from someone.

OMG!!!! MATT showed up 1st on a Saturday, fixed the problem with a smile and GREAT FRIENDLY DEMEANOR. HE DID NOT CHARGE US AN ARM, LEG & REFUSED THE 1ST BORN!!!! I had to call him back on a totally unrelated issue today, he was here as quickly as possible (me not being his 1st call!) had us up & running clear in no time....HE DID NOT CHARGE US AN ARM, LEG (by now I know better than to offer him another mouth to feed!) I called with an emergency ground leak. Tammy dispatched a plumber ASAP. William showed up and assessed the issue. He was amazing! He was a great communicator, explaining the issue and the options to tackle it. The fix took him longer than he anticipated, but he kept a positive attitude and continued to update me on developments—despite it being a hot, muggy mid-August afternoon. And he gave me some pro tips on the best ways to handle the next emergency until a plumber can arrive. What a great team here at Reeves! If you’re in the Dallas area, these are your guys!

Plumbers did a good job

Called and spoke with someone to schedule an appointment to find a slab leak. They couldn't do it for a few days so we waited until their first availability 2 days later. I had someone go to the house to wait for them. Its a vacant rental house across town, so it was a chore to get there early in the morning to wait for them. They waited for 2 hours! past the time they said they would be there. During that time I called a over and over and no one ever answered. I left several voice messages and none were returned. I called back and left them a message that I wanted to cancel as they never showed up or even bothered to call or answer the phone. They are unprofessional and I would never do business with them again.

Quoted me over $1000 to fix a toilet leak via my home warranty company. I was told they needed to reinforce my bathroom floor. Anyways, the issue was the wax ring and another plumber fixed this for much cheaper. Not sure why a plumbing company thinks I pay them to reinforce a floor.
