Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

Water heater services provided by Ground Up Services were great. Soon after installation an issue came up and the technician immediately responded and fixed it. Prices were very reasonable and much better than other competitors. I recommend this company.

Our insurance company sent two men from Herndon McFarland plumbing to our home today to check for a leak. After calling to say they were running late and would be at the house by 1:30, they finally showed up at 2:45. While performing their inspection, they broke our shower drain and left without disclosing it. Very unprofessional to do that and not communicate it, and as this was a custom design job performed by the previous owner, it will be almost impossible to fix. Very unhappy and I do not recommend that they be left unsupervised in a home.

I recently had my old tank water heater replaced with a new tankless water heater by them, and I am satisfied with their service. The technician was skilled and completed the installation promptly. They also guided me in how to treat it to live longer.

I was impressed with the professionalism of this plumbing company. They were able to fix our clogged sink quickly and efficiently, despite it being a complicated problem. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and provided us with great customer service. We will definitely be using their services again.

I used Roto-Rooter’s service to get my Dish Washer blockage fixed. Cody did an excellent job getting this issue fixed. I would highly recommend using Roto Rooter’s service for plumbing issues in your home. Price was reasonable at: $109.00 per service call. The important part of this call was the he got the issue identified and fixed within an hour.

We had them out for a pressure test. Excellent service! The were professional, kind and fast! We are using them in the future for our plumbing needs. They also had the best price📢, so double win for us!

Would absolutely use these folks again for any plumbing issues. They were so helpful when our faucet broke leaving our water with no way to turn off. They re-arranged their day to squeeze us in, and to help us! They saved the day!

I have to admit, after going thru 3 plumbing companies, Atlas Plumbing was the most reasonable. Atmos pulled my gas meter due to leaks under my house. Atlas came out found the problem and was able to give me an est. for repairs and items that were not up to code in the house. Even tho it was a considerable amt of money, it was well worth it considering my house could have blown up, per Atmos and Atlas. They pulled the permit, repaired everything within 5 hours, City inspector finally came out and at 8:45PM Atmos was installing my meter and lighting all my pilots. Gas is not something you can hire a shade tree plumber to handle. I'm very thankful to April, Jeffery and Sonny and the whole Atlas team for making my house safe and up to code.

This is the second time we have used billyGo. The first was to repair a valve on our water heater and ice-maker line and to replace an old 1950’s faucet with a more modern design. On that job, Carlos was our technician. He did awesome.

This time around, we had a sewer clog in our outside main sewer line. After trying to use plumbers recommended by our home warranty, and home-owners insurance companies (3 other plumbing companies total) who wound up no-call/no-show, I figured I would call BillyGo for help. Kristi, at the office, was awesome. She let me vent about the situation, then scheduled my appointment. Kieth showed up (early) and had the equipment needed to take care of the problem. He had it handled in less than 30 minutes.

Quick response and excellent clearing of my bathroom sink

We moved into a brand new house a little over 5 years ago and kept Tempo Heat & Air as our yearly service hvac contractor. That was a mistake that have cost us thousands. Took their word and signed up for their annual service membership which they come out twice a year. Appear each year there was some kind of problems with the units starting the first year. Thank goodness the first major problem was under warranty. A-coil went out. Second year something else. Well, here in our 5th year they came out to do their routine maintenance and the technician stated the capacitor in the other unit is still good but has signs of going bad so will need to replace. Everything else looks good though. He's stating when replacing that capacitor he will need to put 1-2 lbs of refrigerants. Last I checked, replacing a capacitor has nothing to do with losing refrigerant. Anyway, I went along with it and let him know I have pulled the hose out so he can use to clean the condensers since that was part of the routine service. When the casing was opened to the condenser the fins were not even clean which is something that should have been done during the yearly service. He has sent me an email recommending replacement of things that were worn and old. Remind you, these are 5 years old units. Two days later the a/c stop working so we got a second opinion which appear that the unit have somehow lost all the refrigerants within the A-coil compartment of the unit. Spoke to owner which he stated his company will need to do another leak test ($200.+) that will be charge to me plus all the labor and refrigerants before they can do the repair under warranty. Even though this has already been done by another company and we have identified the leak. He will have someone call to scheduled an appt to do the test the following day, then it will be a few days later before they can do the work. A day later and I have yet hear from anyone. Guess this is the service you get when you pay a membership which advertised that your call and service will be a priority. A company that can’t be trusted.
