They repaired my water leak and found that my house’s plumbing was not up to par and not insulated. They recommended a repair plan and gave me different options.

I have used accu find now 3 times. The first time was to repair a broken sewer pipe below slab, the 2nd was a hot water pipe leak in kitchen island and lastly, and hopefully lastly, for a slab leak in spare bath. I called office and spoke to leeann. She has always been super helpful and professional to deal with.

Jr came out the next day to assess the situation. He returned on Monday and completed the work. We are super grateful and appreciative of their timeliness and promptness to fix our leak. Obviously they are super busy this time of year considering how dry and hot it is currently but they fit us into the schedule and job was completed same day and all is good now.

You hope you never need to call them but if you do you can be assured they will take care of you and your home. Cant say enough good things about them. Thank you again but I hope I only see you at the grocery store or the movies sometime.

We had an ER situation with both of our toilets and AAA Auger sent Eugene who rescued us from a crazy day with the bathrooms!! Eugene is attentive, very knowledgeable, had wonderful customer service and most importantly he found the issue and fixed it right away. We are very grateful Eugene was able to come by and help us on a weekend / after hours !! I would recommend this plumbing service and ask for Eugene!

I've used My Local Plumber several times. It's the type of company you don't want to call, because usually it means you have a problem. I had a bad leak in my office at home that ruined my hardwood floors, and had worked with a couple of vendors to try to figure it out. Well, they figured it out! I highly recommend these guys!

They charged $75 for a contracted plumber to come out and give an estimate for a job he didn't want. Barely even looked around. Spent more time in his truck writing up a ridiculously high estimate. Got several more quotes for free, so definitely wasted $75.

Their drivers are reckless and will cause an accident one of these days. Around 5:15 PM, on Wednesday August 17, 2022, one of their drivers was observed failing to yield right of way to emergency vehicles, driving in excess of the posted speed limit by well over 10 mph, lane swapping in a dangerous manner, coming close to striking multiple other vehicles. I can't speak for their plumbing abilities but, if their driving is any reflection, I would not advise using this company.

Highly recommend Michaelangelo Plumbing! Prior to contacting them, we had 4 others companies out...none of them seemed to want the massive job we had. They either didn’t give us a quote or would say, “I don’t know when we could start the job...could be several months”. We had no working master bath and they wanted us to wait months, which we figured would drag on.
