This is a great organization. Barry and his colleagues are top notch professionals. They took care of three prior sewer breaks for me in the past. This time around, I had a slab leak and Barry fit me into his schedule to come by and advise me on my options. One of those options didn't even involve his company. Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.

Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.

Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

I am grateful for the level of integrity that Brian demonstrated in his services to us. My experience with Brian and the installation of a new water heater was a most unusual experience in our currently compromised and controlled world of falsities everywhere.

My need was immediate and also required consideration of funding. Brian was attentive, understanding, heart felt and open with information. He sincerely cared that I didn't have hot water during cold and rainy weather.

The pricing is beyond fair for the labor performed especially as others who are charging 3, 4 and 5 times as much...because others will pay it blindly.

He was considerate, diligent, focused and timely along with follow up on his work. Brian was clear on price with no hidden up charges. Goodness, even laid a tarp structure from the vehicle to the house in the rain to ensure minimal tracking.

He explained how to relight the pilot light if needed and how to perform a yearly easy to do cleaning maintenance to add life to the heater and minimize the sediment buildup.

Perhaps this sharing will benefit someone else when seeking similar services and comparing to all the many overwhelming choices.

Everyone I encountered at this company was a pure delight to work with. It was scary to need extensive plumbing work but this team was courteous, prompt, CLEAN and very kind and respectful. The owner even came out when I had a question about a subsequent issue and scheduled the repair right away. They had to dig up an area of my patio and I was pleased with the way they matched my patio stone when they replaced it. They also did a great job protecting my shrubs and replanting them.

I woke up in the middle of the night w/water running in my bedroom walls. The water heater that is located in the attic over our Master bedroom was failing causing water to leak into the water heater pan and out through the emergency overflow drain pipes. The DFW Pipe team came out and replaced the tank w/a tankless water heater. No more worries about tanks rupturing in my attic. The plumbers are great!
