Best Gas Line Leak in Irving TX

I discovered that I had a leak in my main water line from the street to the house on Saturday. Apparently it had been leaking for several months. Mike came first thing Monday morning (7am) and he had a crew out later to dig to find the leak. House was built in 1969 so the water line was done next to the sewer line almost 5ft down!

Mike was extremely responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend for any plumbing service needs.

Thank goodness for professional and honest people. We have used AAA AUGER several times over the years and every time we have been satisfied with the work and warranties on the jobs. Their drivers are reckless and will cause an accident one of these days. Around 5:15 PM, on Wednesday August 17, 2022, one of their drivers was observed failing to yield right of way to emergency vehicles, driving in excess of the posted speed limit by well over 10 mph, lane swapping in a dangerous manner, coming close to striking multiple other vehicles. I can't speak for their plumbing abilities but, if their driving is any reflection, I would not advise using this company.

We've used this company for almost 10 years now and they've done a number of rehab & improvement jobs over this time (pipe lining, fixed leak in yard from meter to the house, new fixtures, etc). Recently, we had a plumbing problem that popped up with a job from 9 years ago and they stepped and fixed the problem quickly. Couldn't imagine how they could've done a better job! Showed up for an emergency repair faster than we'd been told, fixed things ASAP, and did a quality job. Couldn't have been happier with their service and attitudes, especially during a stressful time.

These guys are not good. the plumber and repaired my shower ,faucet and toilet. when he left he did not clean up after himself. I checked shower before he left and was not flowing. Luckily he was still in my driveway and he came back and fixed it. I am still having a leaky toilet. We have arranged for them to return . But they will not return on day s needed. Plumber had a a class to attend ,plumber not available on so on. One guard will not let us change plumbers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!
